I was genuinely impressed by this 3-star hotel — it exceeded expectations in all the right ways. The jacuzzi was fantastic and such a relaxing highlight of our stay. Surprisingly, while a nearby 5-star hotel didn’t even offer us bathrobes, this 3-star did, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. The beds were also incredibly comfortable — we had such a good night’s sleep. A special shoutout to the lady at the reception: she was warm, welcoming, and super accommodating, especially when it came to arranging our spa access. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our stay feel special.

Nothing particular, maybe some minor wear and tear on the bathroom, but honestly not a dealbreaker.

Amazing staff! Both the boy and the girl were incredibly kind, helpful, and highly efficient, assisting us with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sofia. The room was cleaned daily, and the spa service was a wonderful extra touch. I would definitely choose this place again. Extremely happy and satisfied with my stay!

The beds could be improved. They were quite low, the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, and the pillows were too small and soft, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. As someone with allergies, I’m not a fan of carpeted floors, which often cause me discomfort. That said, in this case, the carpet was cleaned daily, which made a difference.

Excellent location in the real center of Sofia, near different embassies and next to the Egyptian embassy and the Crystal garden. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the nice art interiors. The staff is extremely polite, kind and helpful and the people at the reception create very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They really care about their guests. Strong WiFi connection in the room which was important as I used the room for work. The SPA zone gave me opportunity to relax after the working tasks. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel, very well located and affordable. My room was quiet, I didn't have any issues with noise. My bed was fine, I slept well. The room was cleaned daily. Staff was helpful. I didn't try the spa but it looked nice. The location is excellent and the price was good.

The shower is at the entrance of the bathroom so the floor is wet and slippery if you want to go to the toilet or brush your teeth. I slipped a few times! Also I would prefer a key card instead of a key. The lock wasn't super secure.

I'm very positively surprised. There are a bunch of negative reviews here on booking, so I was worried, but I can't confirm them: - noise during night: If you have a room to the courtyard, it's absoutely silent, so you should ask for that when booking (rooms 103 and 104 are good, probably others as well). You should avoid room 110 as staff is talking right next to your door the whole night. - sauna: Works great, you just need to turn it on (ask staff to turn it on for you), it needs 30 min to heat up (staff will tell you it takes 3 min to heat up, which is incorrect, and easily can be veriefied with the display), also the steam sauna works like a charm - staff is friendly - fantastic price-value-ratio

- sheets are indeed not fitted. That's something I don't understand, but the US has the same issue, I don't get how anyone would sleep with sheets that get off after 10 minutes.

I found it to be a very intimate hotel ideal for couples we experience a spa bath in our own room with a added of advantage of the spa facilities the nearness to the reception desk ie next door was a little strange but brilliant as it was very helpful we were given a map and they supplied us with adaptor for a phone charger very friendly loved the idea of the machine for water and drinks and snacks extreemly convenient the room although on the ground floor was not noisy the air conditioner was brilliant compact yes but has all the essentials needed did not mind having no window i think our next visit there we will have one with a window loved the location we found some wonderful restaurants nearby we will be going there again

i did not like the size too small i will plump for a bigger room next visit

- Staff were exceptional in helping us at 1am when we arrived late due to flight delays - Staff were super accommodating and let us check out 1hr later as we didn't have any time to use the spa facilities as they are open 10am-10pm but check out is 12pm - Sauna/disco steam room & jacuzzi pool were good!

- The bathroom was a little damp since the shower frame was made from wood & the inability to switch off the disco light above the shower duing the day was a little disorientating - In order to book a massage you have to do so at the desk. Nowhere did it say this so we were waiting downstairs for the massage & noone arrived since we had booked it on the website which is not in use apparently. - The Jacuzzi bubbles are just that bubbles and do not act as a massaging jet but it is still very relaxing floating in the pool!

Great central location, with a proper bar and local restaurant in the park across the road. 2 metro stations within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff were lovely and helpful. Pleasant surprise to have a sauna and jacuzzi

The shower just floods the whole bathroom making it a wet room. Needs some plugs at heights where they can be used ( not used to using the kettle on the floor). Shame the steam room was not working.

The hotel is in the most central location possible in all of Sofia - by the former Royal Palace and close to all city highlights, museums, sightseeing, etc. The room was perfectly adequate, everything worked well, good AC, spacious bathroom. The interior design feels very 2005, but it is fine, well kept, does not look old or shabby. At that price point ($80 pn) it is extremely good value for central Sofia.

Everything was fine. The front desk staff was a bit disinterested and busy chatting or on their phones, but they did their job and were available. No breakfast is available at the hotel.

The point is strategic, at the centre of the city. Spa included is a lovable bonus service: there was included sauna, turkish bath and hydromassage. The room was perfect for a couple as us, clean and warm (we slept without anything, heating system is generally kept high). Upon arrival, there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked for it and they immediately gave it to me. Staff was very kind and helpful, at all times.

The patio outside the room wasn't clean.
