Exceptional hospitality from the staff. Driving/parking in the area is tricky, but hosts assisted me with the heavy bags. Rooms need some renovation, but overall great value for the money.

Very centrally located, next door there is a great restaurant with traditional Bulgarian cuisine, and this very delicious too. The room was very spacious and with all the utilities needed. Even if a bit outdated, we felt comfy. Free water and coffee downstairs at the reception.

It is a convenient hotel, very well located and with excellent personnel. I always stay here when I come.

Some rooms should be renovated but nonetheless, they are comfortable.

The staff were so friendly. The room was so spacious.

No bad surprises. Pictures met real life situation. Nice clean room. The staff was helpful.

The location is nice (easy access via metro and supermarkets around) and quiet. For a business stay the good thing is that some rooms have a proper table and chair to sit on and work. Thus for a business stay I can recommend it too. But also for a tourist stay it is a good option as the main pedestrian zone and the big park is in direct neighborhood. Also the staff was communicative and could provide many helpful info.

Nothing, almost perfect. Just the room could have been a bit cooler to sleep better. (There is a central heating that one cannot reduce.)

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, all the main sights are within walking distance.

Cleanliness could be improved a little, but nothing major. Not criticism, just something to be aware of: Prior to the stay I received some messages by scammers who pretended to be acting on behalf of the hotel. From the messages it was quite obvious that they were a scam. The hotel quickly notified me about the attempted scams.

Excellent location in the city center, but in a very calm side street. Sleeping with open windows is perfectly possible, hardly any noises from outside. Reception is working 24/7. Very spacious room with big windows and lots of opportunities to place or store things. Very unique shower system in the bathroom, which looks intimidating at first glance, but turned out to be a multifuntional massage shower from decades ago. Wi-Fi worked very well.

Most of the time there was a smell of cigarettes in the hallway. The elevator didnt work during the last two days of our stay. The bathroom could have had more opportunities to place items near the sink.
