Exceptional hospitality from the staff. Driving/parking in the area is tricky, but hosts assisted me with the heavy bags. Rooms need some renovation, but overall great value for the money.

Very centrally located, next door there is a great restaurant with traditional Bulgarian cuisine, and this very delicious too. The room was very spacious and with all the utilities needed. Even if a bit outdated, we felt comfy. Free water and coffee downstairs at the reception.

It is a convenient hotel, very well located and with excellent personnel. I always stay here when I come.

Some rooms should be renovated but nonetheless, they are comfortable.

The staff were so friendly. The room was so spacious.

No bad surprises. Pictures met real life situation. Nice clean room. The staff was helpful.

The location is nice (easy access via metro and supermarkets around) and quiet. For a business stay the good thing is that some rooms have a proper table and chair to sit on and work. Thus for a business stay I can recommend it too. But also for a tourist stay it is a good option as the main pedestrian zone and the big park is in direct neighborhood. Also the staff was communicative and could provide many helpful info.

Nothing, almost perfect. Just the room could have been a bit cooler to sleep better. (There is a central heating that one cannot reduce.)

Location is pretty central & on a quiet road, very safe & a pleasant walk. We had a courtyard view( well it meant it was quiet). After an initial error in check in the hotel worried quickly & well to correct, really genuine response to an easy hiccup.. They were also very quick with emails & the night porter greeted us by name as we arrived at 4am!!

Was a little hard for the taxi to find as the light was off, but Google maps has us in the right place & the sign was just visible. Aircon couldn't cope with 40' but courtyard was cool

It was an affordable hotel in a place near a lot of interesting sites. We felt the staff were helpful and nice. They had free coffee and water in the lobby. The rooms were a decent size. The bathroom was good as well.

This hotel would be a million times better if it did not smell very strongly of cigarette smoke. This is probably my only complaint, but unfortunately it is a big one. The room they put us in was heavily coated in years of cigarettes. Our clothes smelled like it for days afterwards.
