There isn't something negative I could say. Maybe just that the hotel is going through some kind of renovation at the moment and there is no elevator until the reception which is places on the first floor. When we left, the stuff was kind enough to help us though, thank you for that!

The location of this hotel is very good, the metro is right outside. Also there is plenty of food and shops nearby. The reception is getting refurbed but very little hassle to access the hotel. The room is good, the bathroom is good. The view was nice and plenty of tv channels, although the smart tv features a bit strange to work out. Wifi was very good too. So overall I'd say stay here very good deal

No complaints at all apart from the smart tv feature issues. Also the pillows are a bit weird large and low for 1 but too high for 2.

Hotel is situated near the city center. Nice area with good commute. Got upgraded for free to a superior room with a great view. Really nice just relaxing on the couch by the big window with a view on the park. The staff was absolutely fantastic. I got sick while staying there, they were all very understanding, caring and helpful. Bringing in food or takeaway even late at night was not a problem either. The restaurant wasn't open, but the bar served delicious restaurant quality and surprisingly well priced dishes. All within 10 minutes, and delivered to the room, if you wished so. I actually prefered to eat there than wait for a table in a restaurant nearby. Minibar had fair choices

The hotel room showed some signs of aging - the shower hose had some leaks, the door visor was missing a cover, the safe didn't work upon arrival (but was fixed by the staff). Here's the thing - I believe everything would have gotten fixed if I asked or reminded about it. The AC wasn't very good. I feel like it wasn't really doing it's thing much except for being a fan. Ventilation or the AC in the room and the hotel overall could be better.

Good location near the metro station, modern design, spacious room with the coffee machine and kettle, comfortable bed, friendly people on the reception.

The window was broken, I couldn’t open it. The room needs a little bit more cleaning, especially the bed area, and technical check up before the people check in and stay. Breakfast is not very impressive with less small tables (almost all tables are for big companies).

Room was clean, large and overall nice. The location is just perfect and the reception and bar staff were nice and helpful. I needed an iron and they were happy to just give me one without any fuss free of charge.

The housekeeping staff walked into my room without knocking. They didn’t speak English or Bulgarian and I genuinely thought at one point that someone was there to rob me. They had no identification or anything. The price was comparable to other places nearby that have spa facilities included. The gym wasn’t impressive.

Location is good, on the south end of Vitosha. It's about 5 mins walking north along Vitosha to get the main pedestrianised area. About 15 mins to walk all the way through up to the main churches. You can also walk across the National Palace of Culture which is right next to the hotel, to take you towards Shishman Street (bars etc.). Room was comfortable and good value for money. I would recommend staying here and would stay again - definitely nicer than other hotels in Sofia.

Room wasn't cleaned despite putting the sign on the door requesting to do so. I'm sure it was just an oversight. Water in the room was not free.

Location is exceptional. Bed is very comfortable . This was my 5th time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of great location and good facilities.

Must say I've been a little disappointed this time. Hair dryer was not working, cleaning lady didn't wash the glasses in the room for 2 and a half days, as well did not refill shower gel in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. Rosslyn is a 4 star hotel and there are standards guests expect. I hope you will consider this and make sure you keep good reputation.

Nice clean and spacious rooms in central location and a parking space had been reserved too.

If you need a quiet night maybe ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Traffic can clearly be heard through the night. We liked it, as we opened the window to hear the band from NDK in the evening after walking round the attractions all day. Lobby bar closed much earlier than expected as we wanted a last drink before bed but closed one first evening and nowhere to be seen on second.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very central which makes it superb when traveling with kids. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Metro station is just 2 minutes away and the bus stops right on the same pavement. The Hotel was very clean and had a nice open view of the square opposite. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful, they communicated in English so there was no language barrier.

We cannot complain about anything, we had an amazing stay, and everything was up to our expectations.

Very central, close to the main boulevard and attractions. Room was large with very comfortable bed and strong shower. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Staff were accommodating and most friendly. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for selection. I would recommend.

Sink tap was almost a trickle. Some carpets looked a little tired but only small things really.
