We are a family of 3 (parents and a five year old) the restaurant was clean, situated on a fairly quiet street walking distance from the center. The reception staff were quite friendly and breakfast was great.

We stayed here for three nights and the room was cleaned the first morning we went out for a stroll, but the second one it was not cleaned at all (we were particularly interested in getting our garbage taken out as well as our coffee cups changed for the clean ones). I went downstairs to the reception to ask for a garbage bag to take trash out, but the staff seemed a bit confused by that. They offered me a garbage bag and when I asked to get a couple of coffee capsules for the next morning they did not have any available. I asked if I could come later and they said that was OK. When I arrived later, they seemed confused again. They gave us some coffee for the last morning of our stay.

What a fantastic hidden gem! For someone from Sofia, I had zero expectations from an aparthotel as nothing beats the home coziness. Wrong! The staff was so incredibly accommodating, and the facilities are so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtful that it made my stay extremely pleasant. Special compliments to the breakfast team for their true care for customers. I witnessed a client who was fasting and was not 100% satisfied with the choice, and she was given an immediate solution in the friendliest possible manner. The variety and quality at breakfast were excellent. Don't expect massive food stations like in a chain hotel because the hotel only has a few rooms, so unnecessary food waste was considered. The cleaning service was superb, and I don't remember the last time I stayed in a cleaner hotel. The bed was comfortable, the storage was exuberant, and the balcony was a great plus. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers and families and would definitely book again.

My request for early check-in before 2 PM was approved, which added to my comfort. The room was very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bathroom was spacious and well-designed, and the cleaning services were provided daily with great efficiency. Overall, I loved staying at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience that I would love to repeat in the future.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect, and there was nothing I didn’t like except for the limited variety of breakfast options. However, the breakfast they served was delicious, and their hospitality services were excellent, making my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything was great. Especially the stuff. The ladies that cleaned our room, were always very kind and helpful. I am thrilled by the cleanliness of the room. Just to mention that all the glasses and cups were protected in plastic bags to keep them clean from dust. One amazing thing also was the heated floor in the bathroom. Also, every morning the waiter at the breakfast was very polite and he took care of us. Many sweets and fruits at the breakfast that we also liked a lot. We would definitely stay again! In few words, the best choice we could make !

We got a family room with 2 kids (7 & 9) and it was exactly what we expected from what we saw in the description and photos. Big room with plenty of space for 4 people. Very good soundproof. Very kind employees. Especially Stefanie at breakfast! Very interactive with our kids! They loved her! We also reserved parking space at the underground parking of the hotel. Very clean and safe, but only 7 spaces, so you have to reserve. 15 euros per day. I think it's a fair cost.

Great hotel, great location! Loved how clean and comfy the room was. The waitress in the restaurant was super careful and always trying to make us comfortable. The rooms were extremely hot.

The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the parking was a bit small and a bit hard to maneuver with my SUV, but it's in the "basement" of the building so there is nothing to do about it. Great hotel, I highly recommend!

Comfortable and elegant serviced apartment in a quiet area close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh food. We loved the spacious room with lots of storage, the bathroom with enough place to hang towels, the extra drying rack to use on the balcony, the comfortable kitchenette, the cozy sitting area with TV and the balcony with a view. Will for sure come back here !

- The room service was excellent. The hotel was overall sparkling clean~ The staff we were in contact with overall during out stay was very professional and accommodating. We had some trouble with our privately arranged transport to the airport and asked them about their alternatives. They did not hesitate to give a list of prices and external alternatives, to make sure we found the best solution no matter if we focused on comfort or price. Very customer-oriented. - The bathroom was impressive and very spacious, with large and practical mirrors. The big shower was also a big plus. - The big double bed was comfortable and fluffy without being too soft for me, and the fact that we got 2 different pillows EACH was great (one extra soft and one a bit more solid).

- No instructions for towel heater which seemed to be using cold water instead of warm. To be fair, we didn't ask since we were fine without it. ...and it was probably the only thing without instructions. - A bit limited kitchen. The bare minimum worked fine, however it would be a nice addition with a bit more things available. For example; An oven would be too much to ask for, however a microwave could be a nice. There was also a pretty limited amount of cutlery, bowls and utensils for preparing/serving things. - The drying rack for dishes was in a top cabinet, making it hard to reach for shorter people.
