The room was clean and comfortably furnished. It had a nice sized bathroom and a wonderful view from the 17th floor. The location is very good and central and the staff was professional and welcoming.

I could hear the music and feel the bass from the bar on the top floor eventhough I was 5 floors below. There were 5 electric sockets placed in inconvenient locations (only one next to the bed) and 3 of them somehow didn't work. There was no soap in the room. The breakfast buffet was limited with not enough options. The twin bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The views from the rooms are quite the sight, and the location is within walking distance of the city centre. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice old-fashioned hotel.

The breakfast is very modest, both in terms of variety and quality. The rooms are outdated. The furniture was a bit old. It is not 4 star hotel.

Breakfast buffet was good, staff very friendly, 20 minute walk to downtown area, 24hr convenience stores less then 100 meters away, restaurant on top floor is a little pricey but the food excellent

AC in the room didnt work. Made it extra sticky given Sofia was in a heat wave during my stay. But overall, it was a pleasant stay

Nice view from 18th floor :) 6 lifts do the job perfectly, no need to wait for a free one. Comfortable room and bathroom, quiet during night. Friendly staff.

Internet access (wifi) did not work properly in my room, have to use a backup solution - hotspot from TV. Breakfast was ok, but only 1 coffee machine for so many people is not enough. Also bread selection could be better (only toast bread was available). Price a bit too high in my opinion.

Everything was perfect. The restaurant and everything was beyond my expectations. I recommend it. I was on a wedding(secomd floor), and my room was on the 3rd floor, I was not able to hear a thing, while the music was playing, the sound isolation is great.

Breakfast was excellent with such a variety catering for most needs; the room was clean and smart and the housekeeping staff were excellent too at replenishing items. Reception staff had superb customer service and always willing to help.

Having to pay for parking. Most large hotels would normally have free parking. Also the parking gets full and cars are blocked in meaning you have to leave keys with concierge - this was a bit of a concern as the man who was going to move my car was smoking. I just happened to walk out at the same time so moved my own car, but I know if I had not been there there would have been a smell of smoke in my car afterwards.

Beds in the room are comfortable

1.Door from the toilet doesn't close on room 0426 2.Breakfast was not tasty! I have visited many hotels around Bulgaria and i know that they have perfect sausages,cheese and everything witch is serving. 3.Parking is too expensive (my fault that i didn't saw when i booked)

Location was great, parking in front of hotel (cost 30 BGN per day), hotel was renovated and open in 2022, nice furniture, Otis elevators. Good WiFi signal and speed in room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor facilities in the room: no electric kettle, tea, coffee, no mini bar, no slippers and bathrobe. The toilet seat mount was broken, after repair it broke again one day later. At the last day water starts dripping from ceiling in bathroom. Lobby bar was working only from 10:00 to 18:00 hours. No discount for parking for hotel residents.

Comfortable hotel with quality service. Corresponds to the declared level. Within the framework of the purposes of my trip and in my specific situation at that time, the hotel absolutely fully met my expectations and requirements. The hotel staff conscientiously perform their functions and are pleasant in communication. Eatable breakfast) Impressions were pleasant.

The hotel is located in the center of the city and is close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend the Astoria Grand Hotel to anyone seeking five star accommodations!
