We stayed in Casablanca apartment. The apartment is big and a great value for money. There are 2 restrooms, perfect for a family of four. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great, just the floor needs attention.

Floor was in a desperate need of a proper clean. My children spotted an old sock under one of the couches. The couches are old and if you sit down you will feel like you were swallowed by them. The kitchen appliances (which were not pictured) are old and could do with upgrade.

The location was excellent, minutes walk distance from the center and there are a lot of great restaurants. We got our keys from an employee who showed us the entrance and explained the rules, also he brought card machine and we were able to pay them on the spot.

The apartment above us was a little annoying due to loud music and walking with heels (from what we could understand). Not very cheap

The bedrooms need pictures or mirrors. The walls need repainting. There was no control for the air con and the bedrooms were really hot in the morning as the sun came in through the bedrooms.

The apartment has everything needed for a city break. It’s in a good location, comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

The curtains in the bedrooms let too much light in and need a bit of attention as parts of them are coming off the rails.It’s a pity as everything else about the apartment is excellent.

The accommodation was perfect for our group of five—spacious, comfortable, and just what we needed. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable. The host was quick to respond to our needs too.

Would have been nice to have a ‘welcome’ book giving local advice and information. The dining chairs need to have ‘felt feet’ pads added as they make an awful noise on the floor - not great in the ‘quiet’ hours! Some of the duvets were too light!

OMG! The price was worth it. perfect place for a group of friends or family on a budget The location is perfect! The facilities are complete. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a 2 veranda, receiving area and kitchen. There are 2 WC, one with bath and toilet and one with just toilet. Water pressure is good. Heating works well. Beds are ok. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness is 10/10.

You have to remember to call them 30 minutes before your arrival so that they can give you the keys. I forgot to call but they were very nice and assisted us in 10 minutes. I know it's my fault but they were too nice, so just remember to call them to avoid staying outside. The bathroom is little clogged during our stay in casablanca room, it's still manageble, it's just slow to drain. We just have no time to report it

The location was ideal for exploring Sofia city centre.The Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so it was identical for 2 families. There is also a parking place .

It could be more clear. Also, the mattress at the master bedroom was in a really bad condition.

We had the best quality sleep at the apartment after a long day out sightseeing. The double pillows provided and bed just moulds perfectly the moment we sink our heads in it. The apartment was super cozy, quiet, very clean, very airy with a lot of doors leading to balcony around the apartment.

The knives provided were very blunt. Either provide sharp ones or provide a knife sharpener would be of great help. Wooden flat spatula would also be great help for cooking purposes.

Flat was very modern, clean. As soon as we landed the host messaged to arrange the keys. Responded quickly with messages. Highly recommend this property
