Les Fleurs hotel is right in the center of Sofia, on the Vitosha boulevard, so amazing location. There are lots of restaurants & cafés nearby with nice terrasses, and also a 24/7 convenience store round the corner. The reception is open all the time which is very helpful. I had quite a big room on a corner - AC worked perfect and it was very quiet. The bed was confortable. I really enjoyed the location and it felt quite cosy. The hotel is also 5 min walk from Serdica, and you can walk to a lot of places to visit, so great base to explore.

The hotel doesn't do breakfast as far as I know, but there are some cafés and a French Bakery nearby on Vitosha. I booked a cab through them from the airport, but it was quite pricey - next time, I would probably just get a cab directly at the airport. The bathroom towels are quite tired with frayed edges, and the shower joints are a bit black - it's clean but it's just not very new. The fridge in the room didn't seem to stay cold - I think it's because the electricity is cut in your room when you are out.

I stay at the hotel many times over the years. Excellent location. Staff was always helpful. This time the water wasn't hot at all one night only one night about 11pm. Staff tried to correct but couldn't. Water was hot in the morning. I was given a discount for this issue. I felt this was generous.

1 hot shower issue....

The location was very convenient, very close and walking distance to the main attractions, close proximity to amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and I felt safe as a single traveller in the vicinity. I arrived after midnight, it was smooth check in and the room was clean and ready upon arrival. I asked for the hotel to arrange for a taxi for my departure and the airport is a short ride. There is a shop at the corner where I could buy water and there is a pharmacy on the same street. The room was very well presented, clean and my towels were changed daily.

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable. Its not a criticism but more of a note, the room is open plan so if you are travelling with a friend, the shower is a glass see through capsule so there will be a lack of privacy.

We were a bit stranded in the rain w/o a hotel that evening, and luckily this place had room and the staff were accomodating. It's in a perfect location in Sofia on the main strip, walkable to everything. There is parking down the street.

The lobby is a bit ugly, but other than that everything was good!

We paid extra for a mountain view which we never got. Management said there were no rooms with a mountain view but that wasn't true as some rooms you could see the mountains at the side. Can we have a refund for false advertising and additional charge please Also a booklet in the room said if we used the restaurant for a meal we would get 10% reduction. The restaurant deneyed this was agreed as they were run separately from the hotel. Why then does the hotel booklet say this is granted?

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It is right in the city centre and the pedestrianised street of Vitosha is right on your doorstep. A lot of attractions can be explored on foot. The hotel is sorrounded by loads of restaurants. Cactus which is a highly rated restaurant is 3 minutes walk and the traditional Bulgarian restaurant Moma is also about 5 minutes walk. The room was massive and it was so quiet.

The breakfast is very limited and not buffet style.

The hotel is conveniently located on he corner of a walking street next to all restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. Even so it is in the middle of everything, the hotel is quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast is served in the restaurant, which is an addition to the hotel, and it's a choice from 4 different types of breakfast. The young lady at the restaurant was very rude and did not always bring all the food mentioned in the breakfast choice. When asked, she was consistently irritated and very unfriendly but brought up what was included. It happened several mornings in a row. Not a very pleasant experience to start a day.

The room decor is dark (dark furniture, floor, window treatments, dark tile in bathroom). Funky shower. Also the bathroom heat is a bit much and when you enter the bathroom the light goes on automatically, so the person sleeping close to the door gets a bright light in their face when their partner wakes up at night to use the bathroom. Fixed-priced breakfast is overpriced, and the menu allows the patron only one cup of coffee! You're better off going to the Costa Coffee for a LARGE coffee and croissant for a fraction of the price.

I loved this hotel. First, the room was beautiful. I loved the bathroom, with the capsule shower and dramatic tile. The bed was so comfortable, which is not always the case when traveling. The hotel is located right on Vitosha Blvd, where you can find every restaurant you could ask for. It was a short walk to the park and the Starbucks. The staff was incredibly nice. I will certainly return and will absolutely stay here again.

Overall was very satisfied Super comfy big bed. Had both a shower and a fancy bathtub. Shower was great with an over-head showerhead. Can get very warm inside the room. Can get perfect darkness and really quiet inside, due to the shutters you control yourself. Perfect for light sleepers. Perfect location right at the main pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, 7mins from a main subway stop and central touristic sights. Staff were nice. Super quirky interior design that feels luxurious with atmospheric lighting options. Door-height windows. Has its own very nice restaurant and breakfast (plate served), but breakfast felt expensive for Sofia. Note: Bathroom door is completely transparent so the shower is visible from certain parts of the room.

Overall very satisfied, but if we look at the details: - Can't open the windows to let fresh air in, but the air con which acts as also the heating system circulates the air I guess... It's ok for a few days, but felt strange. - Could get very warm if you set the air con system, which was great, but didn't want the system to blow air all night and there wasn't a way to leave the heating on without air blowing... or at least I wasn't sure how to do that. - Reception feels like the one of a back-alley hotel, a bit small and underwhelming. It didn't bother us, but was strange given how fancy the room itself felt. So just don't expect a grand entrance - No gym, pool or any other facilities
