The location was great, right next to the Vitosha boulevard so you’ll have no problem finding a nearby place for breakfast or dinner. They had airconditioning which was really nice with the warmer temperatures outside. Self check in so you can arrive at any moment. No room key or card, but door numbers to unlock the room/main entrance. All over it was really great.

There’s not always someone at the front desk during their working hours. So if you need something you have to contact them through booking.com or text.

Central location right on the central pedestrian street of Sofia from where you can find all the central attractions and parks very easily by public transport and on foot. Clean, safe, spacious and nicely decorated apartment that you can easily find from the street. It is located in an old but renovated building on the first floor. There is staff at the reception every day from 10:00 to 18:00 who are polite and willing to help.

The bed was two singles but relatively comfortable. There was no view from our room. In general, however, nothing that affected our stay, I will definitely prefer it again.

Very modern and trendy interior design. Complimentary coffee capsules, facility for making coffee/tea, cups and glasses, small fridge available in the room. In the common lobby a small kitchen was at guests' disposal, sofa and high chairs for the guests was great plus. The room and bathroom were both very specious and clean. The access to the building and to the room were via codes and the free wifi was fast.

Strong noise coming from a motor like device once the water is used in the bathroom, most probably from a water pressure booster pump.

The bathroom had the drain smell coming up and at times into the room which was not great. The host did tell me this and was very honest about it, the owners should look into this and fix it, it’s not great.

The location is just amazing. The hotel has no staff before and after working hours, that did not bother me at all, instructions were given up front and were clear. It was very hot in Sofia, the common parts of the hotel were cool, and the room was easy to keep cool as well. The room was spatious and well foreseen. I slept very well.

Some of the equipment is a bit poor in quality, a bit cheap, but on the other hand, staying for this price in the centre of Sofia allows it. At arrival late evening, there was no water or anything foreseen in the room. Obviously shops are very close, hiowever when you arrive late and tired, you don't feel like going out anymore. Does a bottle of water make the difference? This is something to consider.

This boutique hotel is a highlight of a city trip to Sofia, offering warm and welcoming comfort in clean and stylish rooms. They feature everything travellers need for a couple of days, including amenities for tea / coffee. It is cozy to hang around in the common lounge room, having (self bought) breakfast or just a coffee. The staff is very friendly and also open for a talk about nowadays Bulgaria.

Due to the building layout there are no front windows to the street.

The hotel is brilliantly located in the heart of Sofia with the main shopping and dining locations within close proximity. The shower was really good. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. We liked the key code system used for entering the building and our rooms.

There was never a member of staff available. We called the mobile number on two occasions for support and no one answered. We even messaged via booking.com - no one answered. No iron or iron board available.

Spacious rooms in great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff and easy self check in. Great value.

Property needs to follow up with constant maintenance. Shower pole loose, glass door to bathroom needs to be fixed. Curtain fixtures, etc. I can see that the management needs to be more vigilant. Local guest brought what it looked like pay girls into the room and were making tons of noise. If there was a receptionist present this would not happen. I’m a new Yorker, I don’t care but this could quickly derange into a nasty situation.

The receptionist is really lovely and helpful! The rooms are spacious, have a boiler, a small fridge, tea bags and coffee pods (to be used in the communal lobby), and even some sweets. The bathroom has a nice mirror, a hairdryer, and is quite modern. The beds are so comfortable, i had the best sleep to recover from the trip. This is my second stay here and i love it. The price/quality/location ratio is unbeatable.

Great location, friendly staff, big room, amenities, convenience of using code instead of a physical card to open the gate and room door.

The shower water takes quite a while to be hot enough, but once the pipe is filled with hot water, the temperature is great. It's no big deal, but just good for future tenants to know. The rooms are all on the second floor and there is no elevator, so just be aware of the need to carry your luggage to walk on some stairs.
