Its a nice apartment, has everything needed. What takes the cake is the parking. Very nice, underground, remote controlled. Location not far away from the center. Especially good if you have an expensive car.

I did not like the way I was comunicated to. I do understand this is a "self check-in" apartment, but there are many things unclear. Like, they give you a google drive link with all the info, but it my case the link did not work (either apple issue or internet) and when I asked for instructions on how to get in, they only sent the freaking link Again. Thank God my girlfriend was able to see the link on her Android phone.

The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment is close to the city center. Also, it has its own garage, thus you don’t have to worry about your car.

The apartment was not really clean, the bed was not very comfortable. Also, the terrace door were half-broken (the upper hinge was broken thus when you open them they stand solely on the lower one). All in all, the price definitely doesn’t justify the quality.

The tranquil surroundings added to the overall appeal, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What makes this accommodation even more attractive is its affordability. The price tag for such a well-equipped and conveniently located apartment was surprisingly reasonable. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful stay in the heart of the city!

Big apartment ideally for families or big parties. Warm and cozy rooms with wooden floors in the bedroom. Big bathroom and the shower does not leak when you use it. Balcony with view of the city. Radiators are being operated by the manager but it was always hot! AC in the unit but we never used it. Private indoor parking dedicated to you. You get it with the reservation free of charge.

The location of the apartment is not the best. Even though there is a mini market close and a nice big mall, I would not feel easy walking around the area at night.

The property is great for a family of three or four - we are four two adults and two children (12 and 16). For us it was important that the apartment have beds for all four - so in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room - a sofa, which turns into a large enough for two teenagers bed. The property has a washing machine - as we were going to travel abroad on the next day, we washed some clothes and then left them in the car to be read when we returned. There are cooking facilities, fridge, TV, the Wi-Fi is perfect, the apartment is spacious, on the second floor, accessible both via a lift and stairs. The property has an underground parking, which is extremely convenient if you travel by car, because you will not need to park in the street. The host provides very clear instructions how to access the place; it's a self-check-in property, but the host provides photos in addition to the instructions, so you needn't worry about anything. The property is not located right in the heart of Sofia, but actually, from the street you can see the former Communist Party Headquarters building, so it is about twenty minutes walk to get there. About three minutes walk you can get to Mall of Sofia where you can do some shopping, eat, there is a Billa supermarket there and Technomarket as well. Opposite Mall of Sofia is Nedelya pastry shop and next to it there is a bakery which offers traditional Bulgarian banitsa. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the property, I strongly recommend it and will be glad to stay there again.

I don't think there is anything I didn't like. When we stayed there, there was a problem with the underground garage door, which wouldn't close, but that's not the host's fault and we couldn't blame them for that.

Nice building, newly built, easy parking in the underground garage. Superb terrace. Perfect temperature on a cold november night. Basic, but new furniture. Basic, but clean bathroom. Responsive communication with the owners.

Check-in is not very simple: you have to send a photo of the passport/ID-card of all the guests before getting a PIN to the key container. The location is not exactly in the very center: it's a 20-minute walk or you have to take the metro, which is nearby. The lights in the apartment were cold white, like in a hospital.

Furthermore, the apartment comprises a clean and modern bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, sink, and fresh white towels. For added convenience, the apartment building offers amenities like an elevator, secure entry system, and a dedicated parking space. In summary, it is a clean and nice apartment situated in the center of Sofia providing a comfortable and well-equipped living space, allowing you to enjoy the city to its fullest.

There is a free parking in the garage. Wifi in the apartment worked great. Communication with the host agency was quick and easy, they allowed us to pay a small fee and check out later. There is a big shopping mall just couple of minutes away. The place was clean and nice. Self check in process was painless.

For two people, it is perfect. For more people - keep in mind that the sofa in the living room is not very comfortable, I guess some topper mattress would fix this… Not a big deal though, everything is fine for short stays.

Location, very quiet- considering that you are on centre is very quiet and I can’t sleep. I have experience with other buildings near to this one and you can’t sleep all night due to the noise from the street and trams. Near to Opalchenska metro station. Warm apartment. Free parking slot in the garage. I receive very prompt and friendly feedback to all my questions. Appreciated their support.
