Breakfast is simple, they offer what basically you would commonly get. It is involved in the price if you book your stay with the service, if not, there is a chance to ask for breakfast for a fee if your stay does not involve it. The room was tight and small, but I believe for a business trip it is perfectly enough, the only thing I would personally point out is the showering tray which is open - I know others had already mentioned it - but everything else was perfect. The invoice was done on time, and the staff is kind, the hotel has a restaurant for both lunch and dinner and the traditional food is very astonishing.

Be aware if you approach this hotel with a car that the hotel lacks of parking space, and it is almost inevitable to park at the nearby housing estate.

The hotel is a 10-minute trolleybus ride from the city centre. There are two petrol stations nearby, and the one opposite the hotel serves delicious coffee. The hotel breakfast is a buffet and very tasty: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, various cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, pastries, and good coffee. I was very full after breakfast. The hotel restaurant is phenomenal. I had sea bass and salmon at a reasonable price. The receptionists at the hotel are polite and helpful – if you don’t know how to get somewhere, just feel free to ask them. I even asked the receptionist to call a taxi for me, which turned out to be fairly priced.

I liked everything in the hotel.

The surrounding area looks a little "rough" but the hotel is not at all. Staff were all very polite and spoke good English. There is a pub, general store and cafe/restaurant only a minute or two's walk away. I was too late for the cafe/restaurant and didn't go in the pub, but it looked very good. Breakfast was nice and included lots of options, including hot items like scrambled egg and sausage/bacon. Decent enough public-transport links to say it's not right in the city centre.

There weren't a lot (in terms of volume) of some of the breakfast items, and the staff were a little slow in restocking things when they ran out.

The hotel is located at the crossroads of two major boulevards, a little further from the city center. If you want to use public transport, there is a bus and tram stop right next to the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center by tram. There is a parking space in front of the hotel entrance. The staff is kind and nice. The lobby is good, there are comfortable armchairs to sit on, and they also have a fish tank, which enriches the nice ambiance of the lobby. The hotel has an elevator to the rooms, and you can also use the stairs. The rooms are large and excellent, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The room has a TV, mini fridge, mirror, wardrobe, air conditioner and armchair. There is no terrace, but I didn't need it either. There is an additional charge of BGN 15 per person for breakfast and it is really worth it. The food is delicious and there is a large selection.

Although the bathroom is big enough, I still did not like that the shower area is not separated by a small wall at the bottom so that the water does not spill all over the bathroom. The tiles are smooth and you can easily slip after showering, so you have to be very careful.

The hotel is easily accessible and well located. Private parking is limited but there is plenty of public parking around the hotel and seems safe. The building is relatively new and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room and the bed was bigger than a single bed and gave me a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate and pleasant.

Although the rooms are quite big, the soudproofing is not the best it could be. I could hear the resident in the next room but fortunately he was not disturbing me...

The location was pretty good - not far from the city centre, 1 bus stop away from a metro station (or around 700m by walking), couple shops nearby and good restaurant in the hotel. Bed was also comfortable, and "do not disturb" sign was actually respected.

AC was kinda weak, it couldn't keep up with the heat - maybe it was clogged filters? After removing the card, the minibar-fridge was also disconnected, so you either needed to tinker to keep it running, or wait for your drinks to cool down after return. Lightning was not designed pretty well - no night lamp/switch to turn off the main lamp nearby bed. Only 3 lights, one in the bathroom/toilet, main light source, and small lamp on the mirror. Sink was in the room, instead of the toilet - probably due to space constraints.

Making a reservation was easy. Local grocery store nearby. The restaurant was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable. I booked because it was advertised as an Art Hotel. My room was very nice, but it was for disabled...no art. The front desk explained that all the art room accommodations were already booked. d However, it was clean and convenient for getting to the airport for my flight.

It was rather isolated, without easy access to Sofia center. I didn't have a car and the hotel was in an apartment building area. The local grocery store was very close and the people were friendly.

I stayed in this hotel several times before. For a single traveler it is fine. It is near a tram stop which would take you to the town center. There is a great Chinese restaurant 200 meters from the hotel.

There are different rooms available, and this time we've goot one with two single beds pushed together and covered only with a thin sheet, so it was a little uncomfortable for a couple. But I know that there are much more comfortable rooms in this hotel, so I would recommend to fellow travelers to check first which room you are booking.

It’s a cute idea to have (some) room interiors designed by students of art universities. Mine was some Oriental style and pretty elegant, I liked it. There all the necessary things in the room, it’s clean and not small. I very much liked the breakfast, there are hot and cold options, pastry, fruit and the coffee is decent. The restaurant itself is cosy, there is also a green outside part. The service is polite and considerate.

The hall looked somewhat clattered, but I was there for one night only and it might be perfectly okay as a temporary condition.

The location is great value for money! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, parking is just in front of the building. Definitely a great spot for transit or a longer stay if you need a reasonable place to sleep!

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower, it is straight on the bathroom floor with a curtain to separate from the test of the bathroom. Which meant that we had to wipe our feet every time we came out of the bathroom after the shower.
