Initially I was a bit concerned, because I read some not very positive feedbacks. Our experience has been, however, great. It is an old hotel, but recently refurbished, in a residential district close to the city centre. The room was modern and clean, though small, but still big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable. There was everything one may need for a short stay, including a kettle with free tea and coffee. The breakfast was great, as well as the restaurant where we had dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is free parking in front of the hotel – a big asset. One can also get quickly downtown with nearby public transport. Next to the hotel, there is a big superstore, too.

The hotel is very convenient because of the secure parking lot available for the guests. It's also located very close to public transport lines, grocery stores, and small cafés. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, the room was warm and clean as could be. The breakfast is quite nice - it's the same every day, but quite varied so you never get bored.

I would have liked to have a nicer carpet - the one in my room was quite worn out and looked dirty even though I'm sure the room was cleaned before my arrival. Also, the room is on the smaller side. The hotel had silently increased their pet fee which was an unpleasant surprise given that my previous stay there had been 6 months earlier. It's now 50 lv per day for your pet (a cat in this case) which is a crazy price even if the hotel were fancier.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, allowing us to have a restful night. The breakfast was very pleasant and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the convenience of having a parking lot was a significant factor in our decision to choose this hotel. Additionally, there is a nearby grocery store that proved to be very handy. Everything was perfect, and we are extremely grateful to the hotel. We wish them continued success and look forward to returning soon.

Dont have negative points

Staff! The lady on the reception was exceptionally helpful and extremely polite and kind. She guided us through our stay and she responded to all our questions always with smile and positive attitude. Location is very good, it’s outside of the low emission zone, and there is a private free parking for guests of the hotel. The room was spacious, bathroom was very clean and there was a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was decent and tasty. Tram station was ~2min walk away from the hotel where you have a good connection to the city centre. Excellent value for the money, and I would highly recommend it for a short stay!

We liked everything. The breakfast was 10/10, the room was excellent and clean. We stayed for 2 nights only, but they clean the rooms each day, never mind that the guests stay only one or two days.

We didn't like, if I can say so, that the SPA in the hotel is nor really SPA. SPA means "salus per aqua", i.e. it must have water (aqua) in it, i.e. it must have some kind of pool or jacuzzi or sauna, which in this case was not at all; they don't have any jacuzzi or sauna or pool, so they don't really have SPA. Having a pilates room is not the same as having a SPA.

Very good location. Nice parking with lights. Polite, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, there were different options for any taste. Room was clean and warm. There is a hair blower in the bathroom, soap and shower gel/shampoo too.

It looks like the walls are very thin - soundpropfing is not good. We had wild neighbors upstairs (making loud noises, banging and knocikng @ 1-2am) and it was very noisy. Even if neighbors from the room next to you are just talking, you will still hear that. If you are lucky enough to have normal neighbors, you won’t have these issues.

The room was nice with air conditioner and I got everyday change of towels, etc., which contributed to the comfortable experience. The younger woman with the blond hair at the reception is really nice (professional) in her treatment (speaks several languages) and she made sure my experience was really satisfactory. The elderly woman with the blond hair could learn from the younger one. Great that the hotel has a parking lot. By car, it takes several minutes to downtown. A big food store next to the hotel. Breakfast is good. P.S. That is my 2nd stay; even was going to book again due to change of travel circumstances, but did not have availability. Will definitely stay there again.

I liked the variety of the presented food in the breakfast, fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese and bread. the restaurant was indoor and outdoor sounded by music. the room well organized and every day teddy. there are AC and TV. bathroom was clean with hot water. the staff are cheerful and helpful.

I wish I could find a bottle of water for free. I hope for a better kind of handwash and shower gel used in bathroom.

The location is convenient and you can park your car. The breakfast corresponds to the level of the hotel. The pancakes are delicious :). The staff is very friendly at the reception.

Bad words were written on the mirror and who installed the toilet so high and why is unclear (maybe targeting the Dutch :)). 40 cm would be enough, but 50 is for tall people and my daughter and wife couldn't reach the floor with their feet

Very clean. Comfortable bed, hot water jug and tea, and Nescafe available in the room. Temperature can be regulated, bathroom also has heating. Very nice cosmetics(liquid soap and shower gel/shampoo) in the bathroom dispensers . The personnel are very polite. As I had to check out early and was not able to have breakfast on site due to medical exams, personnel prepared me a so called dry packet for to go. Recommend!
