The location is close to the shopping mall and tram stop to the city center. It has washing machine, iron, clothing rack to dry the clothes, hairdryer, small stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, and kitchen utensils. The room is also quite spacious. It’s very convenient for a long stay with little children.

We need to pay extra to use the swimming pool. The cleaning is only done before check in, every Friday, and after check out.

The manager was very nice, I had a small issue and she was more than considerable. The complex is 1min walk to the spa/gym, you can buy a 1 week card which is 20 something lev and could use both sauna and the gym which is very affordable, also the big mall is 5 min from the complex and many more

WiFi, when there was WiFi it was good but often there was no WiFi A little bit more english speaking receptionist would be nice

The couch was extremely dirty. In general - the place could be way cleaner. There were some people who sat in the foyer at 2 am and were very loud. BUT we still think it was ok!

This is my place to go when I'm in Sofia. The location is great close to bus and tram stop to city center. Apartments are spacious and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is great, friendly, and very helpful . Totally recommend! 🙂

the cleaning cycle is so far. i mean that they clean the apartment once a week which is too long specially for the trash

Very spacious apartment for the price, great location and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Hosts at the reception were very friendly, would definitely stay here again. :)

No cleaning for our entire 7 day stay, which was a bit dissapointing. We did get handed new towels and toilet paper but I think there should have been some vaccuuming done atleast once.

Actually the apartment was really nice. We did not expect that the apartment would be cleaned during our stay. We were happily surprised when we saw that. Thank you for that. Otherwise it is a great location with everything in walking distance.

We stayed for one night only. The apartment is very spacious and comy. The people working there were very helpful and responsive. We had a pleasent stay overall.

The windows of one of the bedrooms did not have proper sunblinds or a curtain. In the summer time this can be frustrating.

Hats off to the host! Being the idiot that I am, I had mis-calculated my checkout date and they immediately managed to accomodate me with staying for one more day. On top of that, the apartment is pristine. Love it!
