The suite offered a high level of comfort and was particularly well-suited for travelers with luggage, featuring ample space and convenient amenities. The interior was contemporary, clean, and tastefully furnished, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere during the stay.

Several members of the staff came across as unfriendly and disengaged, which detracted from the welcoming atmosphere one expects in a hospitality setting. More concerning, however, was the frequent absence of staff at the reception desk. This was particularly problematic given that the room key cards regularly became inactive and required reprogramming. It is not possible to order room service per phone call. It is necessary to go the lobby and to order in person.

The rooms are recently renovated, and nice building. Everything smells clean and new, comfortable beds, big room, equipped with an iron, near public transportation. Check in very fast.

The reception seems to be confused about the invoice policy. They have told me to ask Booking, but the hotel sales department told me that I could have taken it from the reception. I have received the invoice from the sales department very quickly.

Everything was new and clean, the room was specious and well organised, and the breakfast was well rounded. The location is bit out of the way if you don't have a car, the gym is small but very functional, though some weights didn't fit the barbells, and the sauna wasn't working during my stay (though it might be something that needs to be prearranged, by the looks of the space) Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

There is only one restaurant area and they allow smoking inside which makes it unusable and makes the whole lobby smell of smoke.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking (extra charge) is a big plus. Room was big and the bed very confy. In bathroom you can find everything you need for wash hands or shower. The wi-fi is very good. In the Lebannon Restaurant you can find an excellent menu to eat or drink.

One of the towels in the bathroom was so torn that you almost couldn't use it. An unpleasant aspect was in the morning when there was a problem filling the tank at the toilet, after use. Also, the hot water in the shower was very difficult to reach, requiring a very long waiting time until it could be used. Also, another unpleasant aspect was that every morning the restaurant is full of tourists who were in transit, who immediately finished the trays with food, respectively the glasses for water/juice and the cups of coffee, a normal thing otherwise due to the large number of people. The problem is that the restaurant had only one person who was absolutely unable to manage there.

Elegant, new, stylish hotel

The bed. I asked and paid for double bed. It was literally a double one (made from 2 smaller beds and 2 mattresses) and It kept splitting in 2 quite often

the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. breakfast was plentiful. there was artwork shown that was for sale. they also allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated.

the room was a bit cold and took a little bit of time to warm up. when I addressed the issue to the housekeeping, they brought me a space heater, which I used practically every day of my stay. also, the placements of the power outlets could have been a bit better. having 2 by the light switch made it difficult to use if I needed to turn the lights on or off.

Generaly hotel is good,location is good,breakfast is exellent and room is bigger.

In the room temperature was 26 and with no possibility to be adjusted..

No posible to adjust room temperature.Was werry hot.

The hotel is simply amazing, a true 5 stars hotel. Great service, big rooms, cleanliness and sooo comfy beds and pillows.

I wish I have stayed longer :)
