- Ultra Clean Rooms & Hotel in general - All staff are very polite except 1 person - Newly & Modern furnished rooms - Easy to get the keys, even after midnight

- Lobby is only a few hours open - Hard mattress - Pillows are very "flat" - There is a parking, but spaces are limited and everytime I feel like playing with the chances on whether I should find a spot or not. - Staff people are very good except a young lady called "Miglena" which is constantly causing problems. (eg disturbing me at phone while I'm at work about my checkout time, even though I had informed and agreed on late checkout with another staff member, delaying to open the parking bar, almost never availability on the hotel whenever she replies to my emails, especially for 1 night etc..) I don't know if that applies only for me or if it's something personal, but staff members are supposed to be here to solve problems of guests, not to produce more.

Great value for money - well equipped and clean appartment. Location outside the town centre was convenient for our purposes but might be less appreciated by those who need to be close to down town. No experience with breakfast but quite good restaurant at the same building.

The reception opening hours are rather limited, specific arrangements are needed for late arrivals or early check out.

Great location. Right by a mall and grocery store and a tram stop. Super comfortable. Staff was great. We had everything we needed!

The beds are on the harder side. It wasn’t a problem but just a comment for those who may not like hard beds.

The property appeared as on the pictures, very new and well done. We appreciated the cleanliness and the open parking spaces available for guests. We had our towels changes 1 time during our 5 day stay. We would gladly return.

Having a welcome bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice in the hot weather and till one gets organized. I recommend adding a small tool to wipe away the water that spills out of the shower.

The room was clean and big enough, the kitchen have everything you need the stuff was very polite and with fast response in our demands. Very convenient location there is a mall in a 100 meters restorants arount the block and a supermarket near and under the mall. Pablic transportation is near by..

The open bin for the toilet paper is not a good idea! That they take the garbage every 3 days from the room and you must take them every day and try to find a dustbin around the block it is not so convenient. The soundproof is not so good you can hear a baby who crys in some other room or the stuff who talking in the corridor in the morning..

The hotel is brand new, my son joked that it looked like an Ikea show room

The mattress on the bed is super hard. Bulgarian mattresses tend to be hard but this was something else. I actually opted to sleep on the Ikea pullout couch as it was more comfortable

The apartment was great!!! After our first stay in Connect living apartments (this was our second) we’ve decided that when going to Sofia we will always go there!!! The best stay we had in years!!! What i really like the most that beside all home appliances (washing machine included) there is fresh coffee and a coffee machine ☕️☕️☕️

The room was very clean and thoughtfully equipped, new furniture, even a washing machine was hidden in the closet and the small kitchen had a coffee machine with good coffee pads. You could see that the hotel was well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel in the monastirski livadi area this is a good option! Not too far away from the center/NDK, only a few stops. Opposite to the hotel is a shopping mall.

For a longer stay or for more privacy it could make sense to upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony, not on the ground floor. But that’s just our personal opinion. Our room was on the ground floor and had an open (shared?) terrace, there was a table with chairs. And just one little thing about the bathroom - the shower was comfortable but there was no storage space for shampoo or soap unless you want to put it on the floor. But this is easy to fix and not such a big deal.

everything was more than perfect! the location, The building itself brand new with all the amenities to make ones stay comfortable. I travel to Bulgaria quite often so i i would visit again

the only thing I didn’t like ( but it’s quite personal ) is the stiffness of the mattress. it was too hard for me to sleep on .as a result I woke up with back pain,

Not just apartments, but an aparthotel. Newly renovated, spotlessly clean, well equipped (washing machine, coffee machine, pots and pans, kitchen utensils). The location is far from the city center, but pretty convenient: the tram station is right in front of the hotel and it's a direct ride to the city center and bus/railway station. Taxi to Serdika is 15 BGN. Highly recommend both for short and long stays.
