We booked to stay at the hotel as we went to Krisko's concert at the Arena Sofia on the 2nd March 2025! The Hotel was lovely. Our room was huge, the bathroom was great we had a half bath and shower. Was very clean . We were also lucky and had a massive terrace area. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very warm. The surprising thing was that even with a lot of children at the hotel you couldn't hear them in the rooms. In fact you couldn't hear anything from other rooms which generally get in other hotels. The 2nd room which was for my sister in law, husband and their son who is 10 years old was aslo excellent! Their room was a great size. They had a double bed and a sofa bed for him which I was told was super comfortable. Their bathroom was amazing they had a double size shower . They were very happy with the room! We had free SPA access with the rooms for allnof us which I thought was amazing (to be honest the cost of the two rooms with free spa access was totally worth everything penny. We also had breakfast included in the deal. The restaurant was on the 8th floor of hotel and had panoramic views of the mountains ( so beautiful and made it just that bit more special . The breakfast was good too! Great selections ( typical bulgarian breakfast (cheese, olives banitsa, salami ect) there was croissants, mini donuts toast and cereals fresh juice and 2 very good coffee machines with the ability to choose which ever type you wanted. Also there was also honey ( and honeycomb);baklava and choices of jams ect. They also have a 2nd restaurant on B wing and I think this is used for Dinner (that is a extra charge and we didn't use that facility. Overall great Hotel would definitely recommend and we would definitely come back again the next time we stay in Sofia! The windows of our room overlooked the wall of another building. The request to change the room so that there was a balcony and a view of the city was fulfilled instantly. Without further ado, they brought a set of bedding for the child. The staff is cultured and caring. Luxurious underground parking.

Probably, the technician who should monitor the serviceability of sanitary and household appliances is either lazy, inept, or brainless. Everything in the bathroom and toilet is “loose.” The air conditioner doesn't work well. The shelves are “skewed” or hung in an inconvenient place. The locks on the balcony doors are not adjusted

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located next to the highways, easy to find and not far away from Sofia Airport about 15 drive. As well it is not far away from supermarket and other shops like restaurants. It's about 5 mins walk. It has a good basement parking spare for free. The room was very big, comfortable and clean for us 3 adults. It had full windows and I could see the view outside. The shower was very big, comfortable and clean. The indoor swimming pool is amazing. The morning breakfast was buffet and it had all types of food with an amazing view in the restaurant.

The WiFi was a bit weak but it didn't bother us at all.

1. Very convenient location for entering and exiting Sofia. 2. Luxurious underground parking. 3. Attentive and responsive staff. Our windows looked into the wall of the neighboring building. Without further ado, we were replaced with a room with a view of the city and mountains. 4. Cozy bedroom with a wide bed. There is air conditioning. There is a balcony for two rooms. 5. The living room also has air conditioning and a pull-out sofa for a child. Extra bed linen was brought without much discussion. Everyone was given robes and slippers. Little things, but nice. 6. The restaurant on the top floor has a luxurious buffet for breakfast. There is a cafe in the lobby. Downstairs there is a sauna, a massage table, SPA treatments, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a room with exercise equipment. Everything is great!

Bathroom and toilet. All shelves are hung in inconvenient places and are not secured. The faucets are not secured and hang loose. A fashionable but extremely impractical built-in cistern naturally leaks and leaves a puddle on the floor. As a plumber, I would advise the owner to install an ordinary compact toilet. It is much easier and cheaper to repair.

Excellent spa facilities, clean and well equipped. Relaxing bar and lounge area in reception. Staff were happy to help with any enquiries. A press of a bell on the reception desk had a taxi outside the hotel in a matter of minutes to take you anywhere you wished to go ( very useful service)

Windows in our room didn't open and the air conditioning system wasn't working. The weather was 26 degrees so made for some warm night in the room

Loved the spa facilities, the pool and saunas were really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and well-presented, with a honeycomb from a local hive dripping fresh honey into a bowl. Great. Some excellent eateries within a 5 minute walk

Location - it is on the outer edge of town, so unless driving it can present a challenge. I loved using the local public transport, to me that was part of my solo travelling fun, but it's not for everyone.

Breakfast was excellent - self-serve buffet well stocked and clean area. Parking brilliant. The pool was lovely and both saunas were working. The hot tub and steam rooms were not working/available. Room large and quite clean - some areas required maintenance, carpets and bathroom door in particular were worn but overall the room was good.

We felt fully spoilt with all the facilities, the saunas and pool were exceptional, the breakfast offered so much choice and was well cooked and presented. Our apartment was huge, for 3 of us we were not cramped at all. The coffee station was an excellent extra and the choice of teas offered.

We had a hob in the kitchen for cooking but no pans or plates. The kitchen had cutlery and cups but I think if you have a dining table and hob you need plates and at least one pan. Especially if you are staying a few days.

Good location just off the ring road so easy to find, just a short drive to the city centre. Although there is a lot of traffic it is not very noisy as you keep your windows shut. Secured free underground parking with direct acess to rooms and elevators. Very pretty, warm and clean swimming pool, several different saunas (it was included in the price of our room). The staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast, some different choices every day. The room was big with a spacious new shower and good hot water pressure

Jacuzzi and Turkish bath were not working. The dinner at the restaurant is just a fixed menu with no choices, it was not bad, just too simple for the price : 15 euros for a chicken breast, some fries and a salad. But we were tired after the trip so any food was welcome as long as we did not need to go out. The room could use a bit of refurbishment, there were some stains on the curpet and on the curtains but nothing too visible.

Inconvenient location (20 minute walk to nearest tram, then 20 minute journey into Sofia centretown); spa is open 9-9, but not necessarily staffed. I tried to book a massage for the morning of my final day, but was informed no masseuse would be in until 7pm!
