The location of the property is great, it is in a good neighbourhood with lots of enjoyable walks nearby. The local traditional restaurant is good. It is very peaceful and quiet, the staff were very friendly. The lobby and restaurant seems to be made to a high standard. We didn’t go in the pool and the spa facilities were closed.

There are some minor refurbishments needed in the bedroom, I think plumbing is a general issue of Bulgaria so expect the toilets to smell a little funky.

Breakfast was a la carte, super tasty and generous. Location is very quiet, next to the forest. Decor of the lounge was great. Outside area also very nice to relax, and for kids to run around.

Fridge in the room was not possible to connect to power, not sure why they'd put it there. Not enough electricity plugs in the room. They won't solve any issue in the room after 5pm.

Very beautiful garden. Room was large, with nice balcony. After a long driving, from Athens to Sofia, I had a good sleep, with silence and fresh air. Breakfast was good. Kind people.

I would suggest the minibar to contain some snacks and drinks for those arriving late, as I did, and, also, some facilities for preparing a tea in the room.

On the whole, my stay was quite enjoyable and met my expectations. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently close to some lovely hiking spots and a fantastic restaurant. The gym and pool, both noteworthy for a hotel, were impressive; however, adding two more 20-25kg plates to the weightlifting rack would be a valuable improvement. Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge the front desk staff for their friendly and attentive service.

Kettle in room but no cups or coffee/tea (did ask incase they forgot but told not available in rooms) what is the kettle for?? Hot tub not working (empty of water) in the spa area.

Peaceful location, stylish decor, nice food. Lovely en suite bathroom and pleasant views. On the edge of countryside, but only a short walk to bus stops and excellent restaurants. Easy public transport into Sofia.

Wires hanging out of the walls. No bedside tables. No access to the rooftop bar or lookout, which was disappointing.

The location, architecture, and food were great! The staff was very welcoming and attentive to details. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is parking available and places to explore around, like a small water fall.

We were not very lucky with the room with the round bed. It was very clean, but still, the bathroom had a strong smell. If you avoid this room you would be fine.

we loved it. so much that we are going back for 2 more nights this week. its a jem in a big city. located at the mountain foot its like a forest retreat - but in luxury hotel. spa was not functioning, but we sure used the indoor swimming pool and gym. pelt more like a private cabin in the mountain then 10 minutes from city center.

The hotel is well placed in a very beautiful mountain area, quite, not so far away from the center of Sofia (15 minutes with car). The personnel paid attention to our needs, trying to help us with everything we asked for( especially the man working night shift:p ) For the breakfast you have to choose only one item and we recommend asking for european breakfast. Going to the Spa was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed it a lot. They also provide you a place for your car in their parking lot.

The bathroom was a little too small and because of that there was always water on the floor after having a shower but for the price we paid it was ok.

It was a little difficult to find it at night but probably much easier to do so during daylight
