The apartment was very luxurious and it impressed us - it was really one of the best looking hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Wifi speed very good. Very clean. Quiet, we were able to rest. Parking in front of the hotel.

We would've left a 10 star review if there wasn't an incident in the morning when we left. When we reached reception, the main door was closed by code so we couldn't get out. The receptionist came and opened it but half of us were told to remain while the room was checked for damages. It was like a hostage situation which was totally unnecessary as they already had our passports. This incident left us with a bad impression and we even wanted to give a 1 star review, like most angry people do. But in the end we decided with a "Very Good" review instead. I suspect that there were incidents in the past which lead to such measures but please know these are frustrating honest customers.

The strongest point of the property is the spa (pool and saunas), followed closely by the room and bathroom size. The aparthotel is located on the Sofia ring road, and close to one of the city's main boulevards, so it's very easy to get to the center. There are free parking spaces at the location.

The room furniture is in a need for repair, with just a small amount of work it would be very good. Also, the windows need a little revision (we had a windy night, and the wind kept blowing through). There is no hairdryer, which is unconvinient when you come back from the spa. The restaurant is open only in the afternoon, so there is no breakfast. It's better to come prepared with breakfast food, otherwise you have to drive into the city.

House keeping was not to the mark at all. Apartment lacks few basic facility like utensils for kitchen as they r apartment . They r already far in an isolated area hence need to upgrade their policy for providing basic utensils which may help families staying there . One wash room does not have shower curtain provisioned which causes mess Strangely the lobby does not have any facility such as wash rooms or wifi etc. They also surprisingly have pets allowed though it shows No pets allowed Although staff at reception were good and well mannered but look and behave very robotic. No phones in rooms to reach reception or house keeping. Restaurant beside the apartment opens around 11 morning and closes at 10 evening which makes life a bit difficult for families with kids.

The photos do not do it justice when we opened the door to our room, we were so shocked to see how humongous and how ultramodern the living room, kitchen two bathrooms and bedroom were! It was our anniversary, so they gave us a free bottle of champagne, and fruit. The view of Vitosha mountain was spectacular from our room. Their gym was extraordinary, I think it was three or four floors, They had a Roman spa, which was like a massive hot tub and the end of it you could stand up in. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful hotel !

we checked in later in the evening and the restaurant was not open so we had to drive around town to find some thing that was open so most restaurants were closed. Only thing they need to change is we kept stubbing our toes very painfully on the bed frame, they need to put some sort of soft bumper around the bottom of the bed .

The property is very comfortable , apartments are very clean , and the fact that in the price is included gym ( impeccable and huge gym space on few floors ) and excellent spa center is making this place very possible option for second stay there. The employees are excellent ; kind , very helpful and friendly - for them 10 is small grade.

They are large luxury apartments with kitchens. No breakfast is served. The restaurant has an elaborate menu and is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

It would have been better if we had more time to stay in the apartment and enjoy the spa but our trip was business with limited free time.

There are not two bathrooms with showers (only one with shower and the other without any shower). In bathroom, no furniture or hangers. Pillows were very bad. The door of one bedroom couldn’t close, so all night the door was opened.

Other than the fact that the AC doesnt turn on until later in the year, the place was all in all acceptable, HUGE rooms, and amazing views. Marble floors, and large open showers, beautiful. The pool and other amenities on the property made the trip an awesome one.

The apartment itself was great, roomy and spacious and clean great restaurant next door the only thing letting it down was the sofa in the lounge area had terrible stains all over it other than that everything good oh great Spa!!

Very big , comfort and modern apartment . All you have at home you have here. Free parking , great spa and fitness centre. Small shops near the spa where you can buy some drinks and food
