The location is perfect, right next to Paradise mall. This hotel is rather inviting couples or let’s say for private trips instead of business trips. In Paradise Mall there are a lot cafeteria and restaurants. The price is a little bit higher due to location. The bed and bathroom are very good, made in dark stile, just lacking jacuzzi. The biggest disappointment is that their restaurant was closed and it is closed almost 2 years. Basement parking is too dirty and canalization pipes are liking and smell is present at parking spaces, which was defective and deferring you at start but lukewarm rooms are making to forget the parking issues.

Air condition wasn't working properly, even we followed all the visible and logical steps to set it up and even ask on the reception to confirm how it actually cools down

They offered me a free parking, despite it wasn't mentioned in the booking. The parking is small and you can't rely on free spaces if you didn't reserve it specifically. I didn't get a place any time I leave, but I expected no place at all so it was super bonus for me

I booked a room with one bed and they didn't have one and offered me two separate beds. It's not a big deal, since they settled it well by calling me early when I was able to cancel reservation with full refund and find another place, but I agreed to room with separate beds, because hotels location was more important for me.

I enjoyed the location of this boutique hotel located very close to the Paradise Center Mall. The check-in went smoothly and the staff were professional and helpful. The room was extremely clean including the modern bathtub. The breakfast at the restaurant was also very tasty. I highly recommend it.

The lobby could be a little bit more welcoming with some lounge music for instance. I didn't know there was a breakfast, because the restaurant seemed to be close. A little sign would have been perfect, especially since the food is quite tasty ! :)

has a lot of water from the shower , which you must to clean before you go to the toilet.But this is construction problem.

The place is nice, the shower/bathrooms design is cool could use a bigger shower head but is fine as is too, dope lighting and black/white color scheme, unlimited hot water

Inside the hotel was clean as can be, everything is so shiny that when something isn't it kinda looks dirty even though it is the inside of the elevator shaft which is basically impossible to clean or outside of the main entrance, needs a it of a brush once a day out there

My first stay at beginning of August i stayed in suite 200 for three nights. The shower hose in the bath was damaged and water was spraying everywhere. I reported, but by the end of my stay, two more days it was not fixed.
