The room is spacious and comfortable. The colors and decorations create romantic atmosphere. The table gives the opportunity to have a quick snack or late dinner without leaving the comfort of the room. The adjustable lights in the room are lovely.

Even though there is a bath tub, we couldn't find a drain plug for it and couldn't use it. There is a TV in the room, but the channels were not accessible. The wall-plugs didn't look very safe as they are not well fastened.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. As other reviews note, electricians went wild when the hotel was built and installed 3 times as many switches and outlets as needed, but this doesn't affect usability of the room. I would stay here again

Fair price for accommodation in this location. The staff is nice, when at the reception.

However, the bathroom could be much cleaner and the WiFi was terrible if I could even get the signal. The parking is problematic like in every other city center. The green zone allows only four hours a day on the street, but the garage is in about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

The Hotel made me feel at home, I loved the size of the rooms. The assistance from the staff was absolutely great. Especially the lady who arranged the kettle for me. :-) I had no issues at the hotel and would stay there again if I had to vist Bulgaria. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.

It would be nice if there was an option to eat breakfast at the Hotel. The room cleaning service wasnt explained beforehand so our rooms were not cleaned on x2 days as we didnt request cleaning beforehand. The cleaning of the rooms were done beautifully though. With care!

A bit old fashioned, used to be very luxurious in its days, but: still very nice. True, lots of buttons for lights, not all working, but not bothering at all. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good bed.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently situated in a quiet area near two parks, with plenty of nearby amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The lady at the reception when I was checking out seemed a bit unfriendly and wasn't even at her desk, so minus on the staff There was a long dark hair on the bathroom wall, so minus on the cleanliness

Extremely helpful staff, great location, nice restaurants around. The rooms are good but not great, a little worn off. There is no desk, so working is a challenge but possible.

Oldish furniture, no proper desk, difficulty with working also in the lobby. Beside that, the hotel was mostly fine.
