Bathroom is very clean. We travel with 2 young kids (3&5) and we find it important. Location is not in the city centre, has its own parking and is close to public transport. Hotel is close to different options for dinner (restaurant 1min and a few fast food options also 24hrs open shop if you want a drink or chips.

The carpet needs renewal, and I would love to see a water cooker in the room for an instant coffee in the morning. Either way, it was our second stay, and we would come again :)

The staff is friendly but speaks very little English. We rented a room as an overnight stay to go to the airport so the location was OK. They also have parking available, so that was good. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed was quite uncomfortable. Last time we stayed here, the bed was great so I guess it might be depending on the room. There's a nice bakery nearby, and I highly recommend you try it. It's got awesome sweets and nice breakfast choices.

Clean, big and cozy room. The bathroom is also great and has a big shower. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, you also have a few bus stations around. Overall the hotel was great and we had an awesome New Year spent here. 😄

For me it wasn’t a problem, but there is a car wash outside the Hotel that sometimes may be making noise during working days.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It's perfect for couples and is very well located, close to bus stops, to the center and to South Park. There are several coffee shops and a shopping center, pharmacies and a gas station nearby. The hotel is equipped with a car wash. The price is very reasonable.

There were neither a restaurant nor a bar or a garden at the hotel. Also, there are no rooms with terraces/balconies, contrary to what Booking says. However, the rooms are equipped with big windows in French style.

A nice small hotel with excellent location - close to a bus stop and has an easy connection to the city centre. There is also a private parking, which is really convenient. Rooms are nice and specious and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for great value for money or just a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Very well maintained, in heart of Sofia, perfect location, very close to public transportation or to catch a cab and be in downtown/center in no time. The restaurant staff they were all great with bringing dinner, drinks, ice to the room. We had the delux room with 2full very clean bathrooms, very comfortable king size bed, living room with mini bar. The area is very quiet and great to rest and sleep late, no matter they are very close to one of the schools. Walking distance to many mini shops, and South Park if you have kids with you. Hands down very good experience!!!

Room was spacious, and very zen; very quiet location.

Too far from downtown, airport and central bus station; taxi charges from the airport were around 30 lv…lots of traffic and traffic jams…felt like I was going to the end of the world; ride took forever. If I new that I would’ve paid a bit more for a downtown hotel and be there faster and cheaper. If you choose that hotel and want to save a bit of money, take the city bus…not far from the hotel though. Overall…good hotel in a not so good location. No receptionist after 20:00, and if you arrive after that time, you will need to use a side door entrance and self-serve yourself, if your room key is left on the reception desk.

Nice staff, very helpful, there is a nice restaurant near by, there is parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel is obviously new, and there are a lot bakeries and coffee shops near by.

There was parking but the space was tight as the parking had to be shared with the car wash that is located under the hotel. There is a school right across the street and it get get noisy on top of cars being washed.

Arriving at the location, I was able to leave my car at the parking lot of the carwash attached to the hotel, which is already a huge plus in a big city. After the check-in, I entered a massive room with king size bed and a large, comfortable bathroom. Price/quality wise, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

No real downsides, there was the dim noise of the carwash below, but as I was situated at the opposite side and I arrived on a rainy day, this was neglectable.
