Accommodation was a layover option during our travel to Greece for the summer holidays. We've enjoyed our evening stroll in Sofia, taking the nearby subway to the city center. Parking doesn't seem to be an issue in the area, although at first we thought it might be. Personnel was communicative and helpful. With our 2nd stay at return, we've booked the underground parking place which uses an elevator. However, only 2-3 parking places are available. Breakfast was okay. Traffic in Sofia is very peaceful, at least during the weekends, hence no issue or delays experienced in transiting it.

Everything was great and we enjoyed the hotel and its services. The staff was kind and helpful and we think that that the we got excellent value for money. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the staff has removed the Breakfast food starting from 10. I think they could start removing and cleaning only when the last guest will complete his breakfast. If they don't want you to eat after 10 they can close the option to enter, but as long as you entered before 10, I don't think they should start cleaning and removing everything while guests are still eating.

A really lovely hotel, it's family run and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is so clean and well kept. Room was big, modern and cosy, big windows and a furnished balcony. Great bathroom with lots of towels, the beds for comfy with extra pillows and nice big cushions. Kettle, stocked mini fridge, tea and coffee, slippers, toiletries etc Breakfast had lots of choice and was plentiful. Good gym and sauna. Location was a short walk to Metro (Kranso selo) then 3 stops to the beginning of main tourist area Vistosha Boulevard for restaurants, bars, shops, then at the top end is all the historical sights. You can also get the tram No5 at the back of the hotel it's 10 mins (8 stops) to the end, get off, walk right and you're at The Palace of Justice. Incredible value for money with everything you need with a personal service. Would not hesitate to stay here again it was fantastic.

Our room was at the back of the hotel which one street behind a busy Boulevard paved with cobbles, we could hear the noise of the traffic because we slept with the windows open. Maybe ask for a room at the front.

Geneva was good, clean, and overall a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed during breakfast as there weren’t enough tables available. We had to eat standing up because no tables were vacant. Additionally, in the suite, I expected the water and juice provided in the room to be complimentary, as it is common for such amenities to be included in a suite booking, not just a standard room. To my surprise, upon checkout, I was charged for the water and juice consumed by the children. This was quite disappointing, especially considering I had paid a high price for the booking.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they provided us with a water kettle although our room didn't have. Also, they changed our room next day with balcony when we explained that we love to have morning coffee in the balcony. They offer us to store our bags in the store room last day untill we go to the airport. Also they helped us making communication with the tours company to arrange the internal tours. I would love to come again definitely. The reception staff are welcoming people with a smile all the time and everyday we had a small chat about our day in the city and that was so nice.

The rooms should have water kettle

Room well equipped, sunny. We even had a bathtub which was very nice, clean. They gave us free toiletteries. Breakfast was a bit short on variety and also a bit small room for a breakfast room, but we still able to find our likings.But all in all definitely worth the price.

First night we only got the sheets to use as a blanket and they left the window open in our room, so it was quite cold this way, but in the morning, when we mentioned it they did it.

We had two rooms booked and both rooms we like an adjoining suite with access for only us. I really liked this. We had great privacy. The rooms and bathrooms were bright, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Both rooms had a very well stocked mini bar. The staff were friendly and spoke English which really helped as we have zero Bulgarian🫣 Breakfast was fabulous. A good mix of hot and cold food and lots of pastries. The coffee was great and there were several fresh juices to choose from.

It was much further away from Sofia airport than I thought and in a dark, residential area and the view outside wasn’t great. If staying for a longer time this might have been an issue but overnight was no problem 🤷‍♀️

Location of the hotel is good, 600 m from metro station and 3-4 km from the city center. Room was spacious, clean and cozy in general. Staff are polite and supportive. Excellent choice for this price.

Dining room was too small to host all those who came for the breakfast. I don't think it is a problem though, you can't expect more for this price.

Excellent place, and great value for money. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is decent. There's free parking outside and reasonably priced underground parking as well. At this price range, you can't really ask for more.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner. It's not a big deal though - there are several good places to eat very close by. Don Vito is a great little pizza / BBQ place, and Kitchen 59 across the street has a more upscale restaurant if you're into that.

Staffs are kind and friendly, I asked the recommendation of dinner, one of them told me I can go to Hasienda Restaurant, they serve good traditional Bulgarian food. I did have a very good dinner there! The breakfast is also quite good, I am not sure why I saw many complaint about breakfast. Maybe I went eat breakfast at a good timing, I saw the staff fill the buffet very frequently.

The room is not very soundproof. If you want to stay at this hotel, you can bring earplugs or ask the staff.
