The hotel location is good! The pool is clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is normal. Fitness room is available. 1 waiter smiled....

In a room for three: 2 robes, 2 pairs of slippers. Not a single glass and not a single bottle of water!!!! AND THIS IS 4 STARS??? OH NO!Toilet: water flows when flushed! The small sofa is completely torn and covered with a rag🙈 The sun loungers had very dirty mattresses! Dear administration, can we do something? 228 leva for 1 night and such comments. Looking forward to your feedback!

We had a great two night stay here with our three kids. Beautiful pool, great restaurant and we had a massive room! The hotel is ideally located for hiking trips in the Vitosha National Park which is beautiful and only a ten minute bus ride. We did the Boyana Waterfall as 2.5 hour hike which was stunning. The staff were very helpful and even very kindly sent on something we’d forgotten to our next hotel by the Black Sea! Thank you!

Well located, being just a short taxi drive away from the airport and the city center. It is also well connected to the center by public transport. The pool was very nice and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The keys were quite uncomfortable to carry around due to the big plastic card attached to them.

The view of the Vitosha mountain was grat from our room. Pleasent breakfast with extended time range.The Location is in the side of Sofia city, but for people looking peacefull gems its excelent. The location is providing country comfort and calmness.The hotel has big parking lot and there is also open playground for childern right next to the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Our kids loved it. The room was very big. The mountain view from our balcony was excellent. I had my own car during our visit and I didn't have any difficulty finding a parking spot. The hotel was very clean. Hope to stay there again.

There was a road work in the neighborhood. Everywhere was a bit dusty. It is not the hotel's fault, though. I couldn't see the spa. It may be our fault because we stayed in the hotel overnight.

The hotel is extremely clean and very warm, the rooms are spacious, the bed and the pillows super comfortable, the stuff is friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast is quite poor, just cold stuff, the only warm thing were the boiled eggs.

The triple bad room is very big conformable, cleanest its good the beds are extra large and confort ,the view from bedroom are deferent and great one badroom give a perfect panoramic view of Sofia another bedroom give a perfect view on vitosha Mountain, so i definitely recommended this room its family frendly with someone who have two or more kids. Restaurant in the hotel is good clean and breakfast was on Satisfactory level.

The only thing missing is the terrace and two toilets because of her size.

Amazing location with big wide rooms. Swimming area, great parking lot. Pet friendly and staff was really cool! Internet was great for browsing! I will be booking this in my future.

Top location, well above Sofia's pollution lne. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super breakfast. Having stayed for the New Year's Eve celebrations, my friend and I can wholeheartedly say that we enjoyed one of the best NYE celebrations in a long time and at an all inclusive excellent price. Food, drinks and live entertainment til 5a.m. it was a memorable occasion for all the right reasons. Certainly recommend a stay at the hotel. Ideal for skiers and snowboarders as the ski lift to the pistes is only minutes aay from the hotel.

Whereas the rooms were very clean, attention should also be paid to the windows. These were in need of a thorough wash, both inside and outside. Light bulbs and fittings should be checked after each guest's departure. Several lamps, as well as the refrigerator, didn't work.

Great price and quality ratio. Nice facilities … well built, good looking interior. Super spacious rooms, perfect wi-fi and stunning balconies !

TV and pillows are very small.
