Great staff who are very professional and super helpful. Location is not super far from city 15-25 minute taxi depending where you go which costs maximum 10lev / £5. breakfast menu was nice and beautiful views from the top floor. parking was easy to find and right in front of the hotel. Overall would recommend for short stays.

Lots of water gets on the bathroom floor after a shower, this is because there is no curtain or shower wall except for a tiny glass that only just protects the toilet. If you don’t mind wet floors then this isn’t a problem, it is just my personal preference to keep my floor dry or at least have a squidgy to clear the water. Very lowkey lighting which put strain on both my partner and I’s eyes, would have hoped there was a brighter light to turn on but even with all it was still quite dark.

I can sincerely recommend this accommodation. The kindness of the staff was outstanding. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and well-kept. The surroundings are charming, and the pool is clean. In the restaurant, the staff was also very kind, and the food was delicious. Parking is available right in front of the hotel building. From the restaurant on the top floor, where we had breakfast, the view is breathtaking!

The property has cosy feeling, rooms are nice, the best part is the roof top restaurant, their breakfast is good and staff is very welcoming. Since this property is located close to mountains, getting cab to city becomes difficult sometimes

Though I have stayed here many times, this stay the room allotted to me was not very clean or the carpet needed a shampoo. Also compared to other rooms this room had very small washroom

Renovated rooms, amazing view, rooms are clean, quite, cozy and comfortable, staff was okay. Too many areas to park your car.

Pool was dirty due to dead bugs, bees and leaves in it. Umbralles were looking cool but does not provide any shadow. Restaurant was overpriced compared to other local restaurant prices. Also portions are small.

1) Cozy, very comfortable place, a little outside the city from Sofia; 2) Everything you need is in the room: air conditioning, small refrigerator, shouwer accessories, hair dryer; 3) there is also a restaurant, breakfast is offered to guests, there is a private pool on site, and a trampoline for children; 4) the staff were very polite and helpful; 5) 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Great location just a cab ride from the city , but right at the bottom of the mountain for great walking and waterfalls. Plenty of local restaurants inlcludy the hotels own .

Unfortunately the pool was closed , we booked the hotel because it featured a pool and nice seating area to find it closes out of season, not the Hotels fault but this wasn’t mentioned on booking.com

I really liked the modernized rooms, the friendly and helpful staff, and the fact that there’s a pool which was fairly clean. The kitchen was also quite good and exceeded my expectations

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool water was cold, as it’s not heated. Also, the bathtub was a bit small.

The location is ideal as it is located in a nice quiet area not far from city center though you will need a car or taxi. The stuff is very friendly and will help you with anything you want, for me that is very important and i give them a 10/10 for their service.

The breakfast has a menu and your options are limited. You can order more than one option however most guests do not know that and are limited to just one dish
