Situated in a quiet area 5 minutes from the Sofia ring road. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was large, could easily fit a couple with a child + a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, pleasant sheets, the cover was warm and not heavy at all, there was a choice of pillows in the room (high and low). The weather outside was "still winter" when I visited - the room was already warm when I arrived, which was great. The shower room was pretty warm, too, there were three towel sizes present for each guest. Both dinner and breakfast were covered in the booking, which meant I did not have to go out to eat, or order in. In addition the dinner servings were full size - no shortcuts. I found the food variety sufficient (5 options for the main course, 2 of those with no meat + 3 salad choices), and the quality was pretty good. If the options are not to your liking - you can order from the restaurant's menu (naturally - at your own expense). Breakfast is buffet style, food was fresh and regularly replenished. All the areas I visited were clean and maintained. Would happily book again.

The room was advertised as sound-proof, but it was not. Had a brief intro to the neighbors, which had everything sorted.

Friendly staff, clean room. The staff made a reservation of parking spot for us, which was great! The breakfast had a different variety to choose. Above that, the restaurant was open till 11 p.m. so , it was possible to eat there a dinner or drink something.

Fungus on the ceiling and a bit on the walls in the bathroom, which didn't smell well, and it felt in all room. The staff couldn't speak English well, so sometimes it was difficult to communicate with them, but the translator helped.

We arrived late and left early, so we could not explore in detail.Overall it was ok (to get a good night sleep. Had AC and frige in the room. Breakfast was ok. STaff was nice and they have 24/7 reception open+ private parking

The shower is not well thought. You will make everything wet in the bathroom after the first shower. There are no curtains or glass walls to restrain the water in a confined space

It was a nice over-night stay. The hotel has a restaurant (where breakfast is served too), parking space is nicely organised, a few to the restaurant but hotel guests can utilise a more private and spacious parking area at the back of the hotel. Receptionists were kind and speak fairly good English; room was clean and had enough space for the two of us; nice and clean bathroom. Really can't fault it.

Breakfast was 'too cold' for my husband (considering that we went there first thing in the morning) but the taste was ok.

Very quiet neighborhood. I've stayed at this hotel several times and recommend it because of the responsive and accommodating hosts. I travel with an electric car and I've been able to charge it every time I stayed there using a regular socket. Just make sure to ask in advance for the parking space close to the electric socket and bring your own charger.

Overall a good stay – everything you need is there. Tasty breakfast, good price, and a peaceful, quiet location with a beautiful view. Would recommend!

coffee machine at breakfast.. It was not clear how it worked. Bulgarian words that ment nothing to us. Prehaps symbols for Full medium and small would have worked better.
