Excelent room, especially the deluxe. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The app worked well for checking in. Parking was included and easy to park. Breakfast is wonderful and the choice of 12th floor for the restaurant offers a great panoramic view of the city. We even took a bus to the city center, takes 20 minutes to get there.

The app didn’t work at check out, but we went to reception at 12th floor and everything was fine. Bathroom sink was not draining well, the cleaning staff should check this kind of things. For those who are looking for it, there is no TV in the room.

The hotel was generally good, the breakfast was above-average but not great. The social/work areas were really nice including the rooftop balcony. The rooms are pretty good and spacious and loved the technological aspect of everything.

The location is not the best though as you'll need to take public transportation or a taxi to reach the city center or the shopping streets. The breakfast and drinks refills could use some improvement.

Very good concept. Each of the 4 stars are deserved. Clean, stylish and spacious rooms, new furniture. Nice and tasty breakfast - they don't try to save on quality of ingredients. Awesome coworking space - one of the best I've ever seen. Free underground parking.

No balcony or terrace in the room - bad for smokers. A small fridge or a minibar would be nice to have in the room. Leaking shower cabin. No shampoo or shower gel - looks substandard compared to other things in the hotel. Self check-in system may be too complicated for not-so-technically-advanced people.

We stopped on our way to Greece in WN LAB and we regretted stopping for only one night. The staff was great Mario in the reception was not only friendly but also helped with a request for our food. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The parking was underground, spacious and free, making it an incredible deal. After the checkout we went to the restaurant and it had lunch menu with very tasty food for a very affordable price. Now we are thinking to go back to Sofia so we can stay for more days.

Modern , spacious , clean and lovely staff. Breakfast was great , restaurant is in the top floor with amazing views. Room was great.

It’s advertised with complimentary water , but this was missing. I didn’t bother but our family in the other room were charged 4.50 for a bottle when it should have been free. They also didn’t have hot water on the morning we left. We also struggled with the on line check in as we had 2 rooms and there wasn’t an option to check in the other room , only ours , so we had to ask for help in the reception area. Luckily the Ilya was wonderful.

The modern, creative design of the hotel really sets it apart. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, offering a perfect combination of comfort and style. Easy to check-in and check-out through the hotel GuestApp. Room key assigned to the personal smartphone, with the check-in via GuestApp. One huge plus was the free underground parking for our car, which made getting around Sofia so much easier. It's a rare perk and very much appreciated! Friendly and professional staff, quick to respond to any requests or questions I had. Very good breakfast – very good quality, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The underground parking space is excellent and very convenient for those travelling by car. Access to restaurants, a nice park in the area.

The online check-in process has room for improvement. Instead, an actual person at the reception would have been more welcome, for a more personalized service. Great lobby/restaurant on the 12th floor which is under-utilized (closed earlier than indicated time), thus leaving no option for food/a drink if someone wants to stay at the hotel.

Ideal place for IT guys. Self-checkin and NTF key in smartphone - great feature. Good combination of hotel, breakfast, parking, co-working, gym. Rooms have a plenty of space. We'll designed.

Periodically issues with air conditioning in rooms and gym. But once I notified regarding issue with it, hotel proposed to move to another room. And they very nice and supportive. They don't have one big bed, they place together two twin beds. For singles who wanna have a queen size bed might be not that it is expected when you book room with 1 big bed.

My best hotel stay in Sofia! The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The environment was pleasant. At the reception, I was told that the building was under renovation, but I haven't heard any sounds or noises from the construction work. My colleague and I were in town for a stressful event, and returning to this room was a relief. I can't wait to come back after October, when it will officially open. ✌️

The room was very big and well equipped, you could see everything was new and in top shape. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The view from the rooftop is very nice and it's a cool place to have a drink in the evenings. The underground parking was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out is done via an app which I found very efficient and you get very clear instructions on all the steps. We stopped for one night on our way to Romania from Greece and unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the surroundings but it seemed to be a lively area given that is in the student campus. Didn't get a chance to enjoy all the facilities but it is a very well equipped hotel and I would love to return there.
