It took us a while before we decided on accommodation in Sofia, and the choice we made turned out to be one that suited our situation. We found the room ready, with bedding and clean towels as it appeared in the pictures next to the room we were going to book.

The only things we didn't like were the following: 1. We requested a toddler bed, our request was approved on Booking.com, but we did not find one in the room; 2. The refrigerator did not cool well at all. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they answered that this is the situation, but he will talk to the boss and we'll see what they can do.

The hotel is cozy and everything is well organized - check-in/check-out went very smoothly and everything is easy to find. I especially liked that the bathroom had either been recently renovated or was otherwise really well maintained - nothing was loose, blocked or dripping. It looked new, the water pressure was good and it was well cleaned overall. Other than that, the hotel staff clearly appreciates strong coffee as much as myself, which is a great plus.

The room was advertised with mountain view, which was a bit misleading, since the building itself is in a built up area and naturally all you see from the window are other buildings. That wasn't my main criteria for booking, so not really an issue. The breakfast was quite basic.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes away from Pliska bus station and very convenient for events at Arena Sofia. Room was spacious and comfortable. The minibar was a nice touch. Staff was mega nice and kind. Excellent value for money and perfect for a budget stay.

A little bit of dust but the room definitely looked like it had been cleaned - maybe it hasn't been used in a few days, hence the dust? Furniture a bit dated but well looked after. It wasn't hard to find, but I arrived after dark, so I was a little confused at first. I asked a local and she just pointed at the neon sign.

The hotel were really accommodating, my flight arrived at midnight but baggage didn't come until almost 1.20am, I had kept in touch via message with the hotel and it was not a problem when I arrived just before 2am. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful, and said if I needed anything or had any more queries or questions to just call down from the room on the internal phone. The room was a single but it was a big size room, bed was comfy, bathroom and shower were big and the water pressure was really good. There was a kettle, although I didn't use it and a small fridge. The biggest plus was I didn't have to vacate the room before midday, which meant I could sleep a little longer after a full day of travelling. The bed linen was fresh and clean and the towels were very good quality.

The hairdryer which was attached to the wall in the bathroom got very hot on the handle and had been wrapped up with tape and looked like it had melted previously. There was some dust around the bed frame, which hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioning wouldn't turn on, so I suspect it was operated centrally by the hotel, as in the morning it came on for a short while, so it was quite warm in the room.

Close to the airport, clean and spacious rooms, flexible checkin hours - we arrived at midnight and the lady at the reception was kind and helpful. Easy communication at the booking and reasonable prices. Baby cot was available and waited us in the room as promised.

Breakfast was a bit below expectations, cold frankfurters and not enough cups for the guests. With a bit more attention it could be much better.

A wonderful hotel in which I would repeat with pleasure! Price-quality ratio, there is nothing more to be desired, very helpful, adequate and smiling staff who greet you at the reception, free or paid parking option, good location, good breakfast included in the price, incredibly warm and quiet room (a the day was quite cold outside )! Uniquely clean bathroom, toilet and room that can compete with many 4* star hotels, the guys from the reception recommended us a nearby restaurant for dinner, where we were also fascinated by the delicious food!

It’s extremely clean!!! The staff is kind, diligent, helpful! It was very quiet, I had a spacious room which was bigger than most of the Appartments I have been to. The bathroom as well, the bedding was crispy clean and smelled of freshness! The towels were high end and fluffy. There was not a single sign of mold anywhere and the shower curtain was in excellent condition and no single stain was to be seen anywhere. All in all the cleaning was done with lots of attention to details! Breakfast was nice, simple but for any need: eggs, sausages, salami, cheeses, yoghurt, jam, honey, pastries, Muslim, cornflakes… and more! Coffee was freshly brewed. Teas… Fruit. There was not a single crumb or any stains anywhere! For a Budget hotel this place is of high quality, there was an electric kettle. My sincere thank you to the staff!!

Very few options for breakfast, but we had coffee, croissants, some sausages, cheese, tea and jams.If you are very selective, breakfast is not necessarily a strong point of the location.

There was nothing I didn't like. The water was very hot, the rooms were huge and well heated, the bathrooms were clean and very large. Clean and properly ironed bed linen and towels. Soap, shower gel, functional hair dryer, etc. -The TV is old, but it didn't bother me with anything

An absolutely lovely city hotel, well hidden in a quiet residential street, yet within walking distance to public transport. For the absurdly low price of £28/night, I got a generous size room on the top floor, overlooking an impossibly quiet street. I suffer from a bit of cat sleep and in this hotel, I woke up fully refreshed at 10am with the help of an alarm. The hotel is located just outside the Sofia city zone so parking is free anywhere in the vicinity. However, you can book an underground garage with the property for £4.50/day if you fancy.

Bed and bathroom were fresh and spotless clean, but the carpet in my room was a bit scruffy and looked a bit dirty. It may also be just old and needing replacement, but other than that, no complains!

The room was really spacious, quiet and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The stuff was also nice and really helpful when I was leaving early in the morning. The hotel is easy to find and located in a quiet place. Cheap breakfast. Would recommend the hotel.

The only thing that disappointed a bit was breakfast - unfortunately, margarine instead of butter, cheese didn't look fresh. Otherwise, everything went really well.
