spacious rooms, luxury feel with good pricing, great bar, great breakfast, friendly staff, very convenient parking garage in basement, big bathrooms with lots of stone, big park across the street, plenty of places to eat in walking distance

the coffee, plenty of electric sockets but several needed replacement (you had to jiggle plugs to use them, but even that did not work on some), some small stains on carpet on entrance to room, no sockets in bathroom for personal hair dryers (there is a built in hair dryer, if you can live without your personal one).

It's my favourite hotel in Sofia, it was my fourth stay here and it has never failed to meet my expectation, but manages to exceed them. This time I had a room with a great view of the nearby park, a great bonus to the regular overall positive impressions. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, really customer-centred approach. The room was spacious and clean, very comfy beds and it's very quiet here, can't remember being disturbed with any sounds from the neighbouring rooms. Nice amenities and the snacks in the mini-bar are of good quality. Thanks for the experience!

Very well located, with restaurants and cafes around, in a nice, central area. Safe to walk to the very center of the city. The room I had was very nice, large, well lit (and with a large balcony) and well heated. Everythng one may need is handy. Breakfast was good and diverse,

The flight corridor crosses Sofia and, as the airport is close, the planes are still quite low when they pass the city. An airplane is flying above the hotel every 10 minuets or so. I did not mind it, but for someone sensitive to sound it may be bothering. People at the reception are very nice and prompt and helpful, the ones in the restaurant may forget abut patrons sometimes.

The hotel is located in an excellent location close to the city centre. The room was spotless, every day they clean the room and provide 2 bottles of water and coffee capsules. The room is luxurious and big with nice view to park and mountains.

My room had issue with heating from the first day and mentioned that although they did assist on time and I had to complaint again the 2n day in order to provide me a small heater. They offered me to change the room from 5th floor to 1st on 3rd stay which is not good customer experience for this nice hotel.

The rooms were very spacious,bed and pillows - super comfortable.Bathroom was a bit small(compared to the rest of the room), but had everything we needed.We were there for a work trip and sadly did not get to try most of the facilities,so I cannot rate them.Also,the location was absolutely perfect for sightseeing-the neighborhood is beautiful and central,yet pretty quaint.There’s a park just across the hotel,many shops and restaurants nearby,and different types of public transportation within proximity,including metro station.Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and will gladly return.

Only a few parking spots available the property and you have to pay 15 EUR/per day to use one.However,staff was polite enough and allowed us to use the parking spot for two more hours after we checked-out,since we had a business meeting until 14:00h. and there weren’t any other parking spots available outside the hotel.

The hotel offers a top location in the heart of Sofia. The view from the top floor rooms is amazing. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while also looking at the mountain. The bells of Alexander Nevski cathedral can be heard in the distance in the mornings. There are also very nice SPA facilities and services. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every manner. All of this makes the experience truly special.

There are some opportunities to refresh the terraces'floors.

Amazing service, beautiful stylish hotel close to a small park. The hotel was highly recommended to me by a regular visitor and I understand why. The hotel itself is close to the city center but not in the most crowded areas. It has everything one might need for a business or private stay. It's clean and very comfortable with beautiful restaurant terrace and good food. The best though was though the staff and I would like to thank them for their assistance.

It is a good hotel. The restaurant offers good quality lunch and dinner.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Very nice neighborhood.

Not really their fault, but they were doing some sort of construction or maintenance in a room close to ours. They were using a heavy-duty drill. We had traveled on the sleeper train from Varna, Bulgaria, all night (8 hours), so we were exhausted. Couldn't get any rest until they stopped a couple of hours later.

Receptionists were very kind and helpful as always. This is the hotel where if you stayed once you know it'll always provide the same expectations vs reality ratio, that's why I'm always coming back.

I didn't knew about salted pistache nuts untill I stayed here for the first time. Now I'm addicted to it and gained 5 kilo. Could also be the combo of rakya and the nuts, but who knows.
