Parking garage. Polite staff. Very good location, in walking distance from the city center (15-20 min by foot). Spacious room, and big bathroom with all the toiletries. Windows can open normally. Wi-Fi was good.

Parking garage and spaces are narrow and tiny, so if you have bigger car, it can be a problem. Breakfast could be better. (for example they need to add some cheese and fruits). Room was cold, even we turn on the heating. Price is too high for Sofia.

This hotel could easily compete with some 5-stars hotels! The hotel is located in a quiet area but in just 10 minutes walk to the main cathedral of Sofia and about 15 minutes walk to the very centre of the city. Good buffet breakfast. They don't offer hundreds of items for breakfast, but the essential stuff is all there from sweet pastry and fruits to more traditional omelette and bacon etc. They have own underground parking. So, if you travel by car, your car is safe. The personnel is very helpful, welcoming and hospitable. It is no smoking hotel. If you want to smoke, you have to go outside. Hence, no tobacco smell inside!!!

There is some room for improvement. Not a major issues, however might be fixed to make the guests impression better. 1) Shower cabin construction. You always have to watch out, otherwise the water can easily flow outside the bathroom and then outside the room. 2) Breakfast. Everyday it is almost the same. Could input some variety. Sauces are missing. Bacon and sausages could be accompanied with ketchup, mayo, and mustard, while salads are missing sour cream. Also, sometimes was not able to find clean glasses or even clean tables to sit. 3) Laundry. Was surprised that need to pick it up and submit to reception yourself. Usually room cleaning lady is to take care of it

The room was spacious and clean - so were the pillow and bed sheets. Washroom was the best aspect - huge and complete - though the bathtub is a bit dangerous because nothing much to hold on to when getting in and out.The location was reasonable - it's a little far from centre. The gym is quite reasonable. The peace and silence also a plus. Generally friendly and helpful staff.

Completely carpeted room, very weak and poor lighting in room - except washroom.No appropriate place to set luggage on. Poor and insufficient closet and hangers. Expected more from breakfast - it's not horrible, but little fruit and fresh natural pastry. No restaurant - there is one outside very nearby. There are many better hotels in Sofia for cheaper rates and far superior ones at similar rates. I don't recommend this hotel.

Central location. The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is about 15 mins walk, Vitosha Boulevard for shops and restaurants, Halite Central Market was 15 mins walk in the opposite direction. The room was large with plenty of hanging space for clothes and shelves in wardrobe, bath robes and slippers provided, safe in wardrobe, small teapot electric kettle was different, large bathroom with bath and overhead shower, hot water great, free Wi-Fi great, breakfast was cooked meats, cheeses, croissants, bread (Toast), jams, honey, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, fried and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, American pancakes, tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, peaches, cereals. There are nearby supermarkets where you an buy rolls and fruit, cheese, milk for drinks in room or to make a packed lunch to take out.

The A/C wasn't on in the hotel so we had none. Had to leave a window open at night for air. Sometimes the toiletries weren't replenished. Decaf coffee in room but none at breakfast, also Black tea at breakfast but none in room.

The room was huge, very comfortable, with a lot of space, a cough, all the facilities. Bed had good support, pillows were good. The hotel is very well located in downtown Sofia and you're at walking distance of the cathedral and a lot of other sights. There are good restaurants and public transportation nearby

The big downside for us was that even though the property claims to have parking, we were not able to use it. They claimed it was full (we had asked for a spot during the reservation process and they didn't reply). Parking is really hard to find around the hotel and the place they told us to go (private parking a couple blocks away) had some issues.

I liked the location, 10 min walk to city center, the hotel is clean n comfortable, we ordered it for only one night, two nights before. 3 rooms and it was vacant. The staff understood plain English and was very hospitable. The breakfast was simple but enough. Recommended for people who don't have many expectations from the hotel.

I didn't like the showers which was a bath with tiny wall for blocking the splashes, it was also a bit difficult for the elderly to lift their feet. The beds were a bit hard and not so comfortable, especially the third bed which was an opened sofa. The hotel looks old, but as a man, this didn't bothered me much.

It is a very comfortable hotel a few minutes far away from the historical centre. The rooms are big, very clean and with whatever you would need for your stay. Also the bed is very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful as the money box in our first room didn’t work, so she suggested to change us room. Also we need the parking spot for more time than the time of our check out, and she didn’t refuse it. I recommend it for sure!

The breakfast wasn’t so various. But still it was ok!

The Coop was very close to areas that we were interested in seeing. The hotel staff were very nice and did a great job of welcoming us. The room was clean and it had a good view of the streets below.

The hotel breakfast was lacking. The first morning there was hardly anything left for us to try and it was only at 9am. The place also seemed that it needed a good cleaning and revamping. It was a bit past its payday but was still a great place to stay. The door was a problem and took both of us to open it. All in all it was a great stay but the hotel is in need of some revamping.

Overall it's OK. Pretty confortable beds. Decoration has a retro look. I liked that it's clean.

The parking resrvation is awkward. You need to go to the reception to get a specific parking spot. I got yelled at in the parking by an employee because I did not get a reserved spot number. I told him I was gonna work it out with the reception desk. This reservation , if they insist on it, they can allocate it when you reserve, în that standard welcome message they send you anyway.
