Generally, we liked everything — how seamless things are, from the booking, registration, room entry and check out. The amenities are also very nice, we used the coworking space at some time. The personnel is also nice and accommodating, especially when we needed the invoice and a battery fix for our lock. Overall, things are neat and great and we loved the design!

It took us time to get used to the shower not having a door. Also the Chromecast in our room didn’t work but it was also our mistake that we didn’t ask them to fix it and just went along with a non-functioning Chromecast.

The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. I booked a superior room, which turned out to be very comfortable and well arranged. The hotel also has a yoga studio and a lovely lounge room, which made the stay even more pleasant. The self-check-in process was simple and smooth, and I felt very safe thanks to the secure lock system they use. Overall, I really liked it and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Sofia.

Good hotel steps away from Serdika station and less than a 10min walk from the city centre. I got my room codes a few days before arrival via email, so check-in was smooth and contactless. Being able to check-out at 12pm was a plus. After check-out I was able to leave my bag in the lockers downstairs. There's also free coffee downstairs by the lobby!

The hotel is centric but the neighbourhood isn't the best. The Women's market is a few blocks behind the hotel and you can tell there's some dodgy people lurking around. For anyone staying here just try to keep south of Serdika station. Anything north of the hotel isn't worth it. Also although everything went smoothly for me, it was a bit stressful not having any front desk staff around in case of an emergency.

First, Location. I was living in Sofia until the moment and I stayed here for my moving stay. I used to come very near by for usual grocery shopping, so it's a good connection with my flat, tram, central. Heater was working well. Actually impressed this kind of property there in Sofia which is combined with Co-working place and modern tech friendly simple hotel. A bit old, but well refurbished.

I think I saw a street view room, but actually room was like clogged by next building and you should not open the window since air would be dirty.

Reasonable price and very good location.

It's quite a good idea but needs more work. No staff in the afternoon. Decor is dark and needs renovation - I needed a torch to see the keypad for our room. Bathroom is not up to the standard one would expect these days. The hotel has great features covered up with grey paint and strange murals. It would be a great concept if it felt cleaner and brighter. You need to be confident with technology too - we had to help another guest (a stranger) use the keypad to get into his room because there was no one to help him. A kiosk at reception to video call a member of staff at least would help.

We had a great one night stay here. Location right in the centre of town and only a short drive to the airport (approx 20min). Beautiful view from our balcony. Had a super comfortable sleep here and loved the detail put into the hotel’s design. The hotel feels very secure with personal check in codes at the front door and 24hour staff. The man at reception helped us organise a large taxi to the airport for a 3.30am pickup at a reasonable fixed rate (of <20lev), which arrived perfectly on time. We really appreciated this service as we’ve had trouble in the past with Bulgarian taxi drivers refusing to take us as we didn’t agree to their western rates (5x the true cost). We were also travelling with 2 large backpacks and a ski bag so his help in guaranteeing us a large taxi was extremely appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something nice, comfortable, and reasonably priced in Sofia.

A newish hotel with a unique, modern and very cool design and vibe. Staff and customer service were exceptional ; they quickly and efficiently handled a request to change date and even upgraded my room. Room was great with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with good quality towels and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A large TV, fridge also in room. Nice calm atmosphere in the hotel with good soundproofing from street traffic outside. Location is superb being a very short walk from Serdika metro station for direct trains to the airport and all parts of Sofia. Many shops, restaurants nearby and bus/train station 20 minutes walk or accessible by metro from Serdika. Hotel is very secure with a keyless system where main door and room door operated by keypad code. They also have in room personal safe deposit boxes for your valuables. A great little hotel and would definitely stay again.

The room was quite warm and air con on low temperature didn’t make much difference.

This hotel is perfect for introveted people, because ypu can check in and check out online and no communicating with people is needed. There was a PS5 zone which guests can use, watter machine and you can make tea/coffee. The room was clean, towels, shower gel/shampoo and even body lotion was provided. Even a little gym is on the top floor. There is a big grocery store 1 min from the hotel

It could be tricky to get in the hostel or your room for older people. Sometimes it is hard to activate the keyboard for the code.

Located in the center of the city near the metro and close to a variety of tram lines. The noise from the streets didn't bother us although with an open window you could hear everything happening on the street. The room, including the bathroom, was big enough. The way of entering the building and the room is really useful for people who don't want to deal with keys.

The carpet had previous stains probably because people walk in there with shoes on . One more chair is needed in the room as it is for two and there was availiable space. We had a problem with the building door and the code until a guy from the hotel showed us how it worked. It could have been nice if there was a kettle and cups in the room.

-The reception guys were very nice , very friendly and Very useful. -Old building which has its charm. - they had coffee/tee/water in the lobby for free.

-Opening of all doors is with a code and not with a key. It complicates things as you need to make light to the door with a phone and look at your phone to get the code again and again , including in the street - instead of 2 seconds it took 2 minutes to get through a door, which was very tiring. -Hitting was not working(it was beginning of November- I got an answer that it looks like it is either very hot to all rooms or shut down, so it was not hitting by choice) .I got a personal hitter from reception which helped a lot ( again, the best part here is the reception staff) -the Separator between the shower and toilets is too small so each shower I took, the toilets floor stayed all wet which was annoying.
