I liked that the rooms looked nice, it had a small kitchen, a fridge and so on. The location was central, very close to the big Churches in Sofia and to the city center. We managed to find a place to park the car close to the hotel, without being charged. However, there is quite crowded. The price was good for a group of 5 travelers.

One of the beds was not very clean. Both the sheet and the mattress had stains. The password at wifi was dunav666 . Seriously? I do not think this number represents the property. I avoided connecting to wi fi due to this reason. The password should me neutral regarding religious or ethnical aspects.

The apartment was very big and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the heating was powerful enough to overcome the poorly isolated windows to the terrace. There is an elevator.

When it rained, in one of the rooms the parquet got wet, and, as you can see from the pictures, the wall also got moisture. The apartment wasn’t so clean, there were other people’s hair in the bathroom and some old socks behind the sofa. Also, the whole apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. It was very unpleasant. For the value paid, it was alright, but still, these things could be easily fixed so guests don’t leave with a bad impression.

Great apartment to share with friends. Nice social area + small kitchen, kitchen table with chairs, and a sofa. We were given towels and toiletries. Good value for money. Multiple balconies. Good location with a 24-hour shop nearby, a board game cafe and a few small restaurants.

A bit hard to find as the building has a different name - Danube apartments. It was very hot and there was only one AC in the living room. Some stains on the sofa and the walls that can be cleaned or painted over very easily.

Top location for top price. Very spacious and comfortable, clean as well. The lady at reception was really kind before and after arrival. She recommended us a good place to eat.I could not believe how much we got for this price. The apartment could easily sleep 6 people and we were only 3. It had all the facilities and fully equipped kitchen (including washing liquid). we wish we stayed there for a week at least to enjoy to the fullest. The location is in a walking distance to most Sofia central landmarks !!!

Spotless, large apartment, with good facilities. Quiet area, not too far to walk to Vitosha Boulevard through small tree lined streets. Comfy beds with good bed linen. Lovely italian restaurant just a few blocks away. Secure building with lift which when on fourth floor with bags was very welcome! Air con in bith bedrooms and lounge, again very welcome as very warm presently. Fridge, cooking hob and microwave a great addition although we did not use them. Good powerful shower.

Being suoerpicky but balcony had big puddles and seemed to lack drainage. Some seats out there would be nice. Tap in kitchen seemed to run hot water at times when turned to cold, eventually ran cold. As I said, being picky. This is a suoer apartment .!

Apartment was really big, clean, and beautiful, with two large bedrooms, nice kitchen and big living room. Location is great, not far from center, and there is private parking close with really good price 6€ for 24h. I would recoment this place!

Only thing that I didn't like is very strong smell of some air freshener or something like that in bedroom, and that smell was on part of the bed sheets. So it was big problem for me all night for breathe, so can be for someone with asthma or alergies or if you just don't like it. It would be better for hotel to just be neutral for sleeping linnen. Everything else was perfect.

Rooms are specious. And the old lady Marry was so helpful and friendly.

There is only half rolled toilet paper for 6 persons. We checked in late and after 10 pm there is no one in reception till 10 am . No room service, nothing. No parking for this house. If you have a car with you then it will be a big problem. Without local phone number you can’t park on street too.

The apartment was spacious and light. We had two balconies . The location is great, very close to the center. Quiet area. Nice lady to welcome us.

The floor was dirty! The balconies were also very dirty. The walls need new painting. In order to feel comfortable, we had to clean first...There was no broom or bucket with mop at our disposal in the apartment. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Almost nothing to cook in! We are a family of six and we had to eat in turn, as the table was only for 4 persons.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was mostly quiet. Rooms were clean and as advertised. The location is central without being too noisy/crowded.

My main issue was the fact that reception works from 10:00-22:00 which forced me to postpone my departure/check out by 2-3 hours. The showerhead was leaking a bit, but nothing too bad to make it unusable. One last thing - the hotel is located above a plane air corridor so there were planes going over the hotel a lot which was very noisy. This isn't something the hotel has control over of course, but I am including it in case it makes a difference to anyone.

Spacious apartment, clean , Very good host , centrally located. 2.5 km from Centre Train and Bus Station, helpful reception to book cab to airport on local app ,so not over charged by cab drivers
