The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and they made me feel like part of the family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Hotel Location is ok. The staff is ok. My husband and I had a room with four beds because it was only free room, so we enjoyed bigger space.

The sink tap is unstable and difficult to operate. Toilet bowl is too close to the wall at least for the room we had.

The room is clean and renovated. It has a table and chairs, with a plate where it is possible to have lunch. The shower water was very hot. The bed was a bit low, but comfortable and very large. The room temperature was very pleasant. The room was not very large, but more than enough. Although reception closes at 8:00 PM, if you let them know in advance, they will send very simple instructions for accessing the hotel and collecting the key. Very good price, considering the hotel quality, and the location. A good hotel to stay when going to Sofia.

The shower is next to the sink and toilet, without a screen separating them, so the entire bathroom gets wet (this is very common in Bulgaria, and I have seen it in every hotel I have been to). This is a very sweet little quiet economic Hotel for travelers who need a good night's rest. The traditional Spartan amenities are comfortable with good air conditioning or heat as needed. There's a tiny balcony on the outside with fun views of local life. Fresh clean bug free air is the norm. The rooms have been immaculate even if a little worn.

I had a little trouble managing the after hours entry but the staff answered with immediate solutions. Excellent response greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very comfortable for a few nights. One of the positive things is the fact that it has 24/7 reception and check-in, so when I arrived at the hotel at 2am, I was checked in quickly. The location is very convenient, 2-3 minutes' walk from the tram stop and getting to the city centre from here is very easy. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet and calm area, the balcony was looking onto trees. The hotel has a lift. The staff are always ready to help.

During the 4 days of my stay, the room wasn't cleaned and the trash wasn't taken out․ The WiFi was quite slow sometimes, I had turn off the WiFi for my laptop to talk on the phone over WiFi.

The hotel is very clean. The room is basic but you get everything you need : a bed, a sofa to relax on, a wardrobe, small tables. I liked the neighbourhood Oborishte. It's leafy and quiet. 20 min walk from Alexander Nevski cathedral. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport. When I needed extra info, I would simply drop a Whatsapp message to the reception team. I received the answer within minutes.
