The place is great, and so is the location – but the personnel is amazing. Unfortunately, I booked a room for one night, exactly when the rest of the corridor was occupied by a full class of adolescents, teachers and all, on a school trip. Kids were running around, laughing and screaming, doors were slamming, and passionate conversations were being had – kids! But all right outside my room. I went to the reception to describe the situation and was met with empathy. At first, the employee went to speak with the teachers, asking them to calm the kids down. However, as the teachers struggled to gain control, I went back downstairs and requested a room on a different floor, away from the racket. It turned out the employee had already prepared one for me, anticipating the situation. Maybe you could argue that the hotel shouldn't have placed guests in the same corridor as the youngsters in the first place. However, they also need to maintain profitability – and I was just happy to be met with immediate understanding and an entirely adequate response. Really appreciate it! This little saga didn't last more than an hour or so too. The facilities, communication, and cleanliness all deserve 5 stars, and the subway's a three-minute walk away! Thank you, Akord! I'll definitely return when I'm in Sofia again!

The hotel is not new, it is nothing artificial, it is just a hotel that has something behind it, you can see that people like to stay there. It has everything you need, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, TV, WiFi, a spacious bathroom. At the reception coffee machines, and something good to eat and drink. Even though there was a wedding going on in the restaurant, nothing could be heard in the room, and that is also a good sign when the locals like this place and organize weddings here. The breakfast was more than enough and I don't understand the complaints people in the reviews. Do they have breakfast at home? Caviar??😀You can't ask for more for this money, that would be at the limit of profitability for a hotel. I like places like these and I hope that your business will last. I wish you much success. A hotel with a soul!!!

Good size of the room, new, clean and comfortable. The place is calm and good for a business or other type of trip. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, checking local transport to advise the best solution for upcoming trip. This saved me money and time. Really appreciated.

Through the air conditioning came cigarette smoke which was annoying for a non smoker. No open restaurant or bar facilities, however this is understandable for a New Year Eve and also 2 vending machines were available. Big supermarket is located at 5 min walk from the hotel. The windows are a little high and the room is this less luminous but fare and the size is pretty good. The soap distributor was blocked.

I liked the bed, it was comfortable for me, and I liked that they provided a cot for us - they asked on booking if we need one, and then forgot about it, but after I mentioned it, they resolved the situation rapidly I liked that I could have breakfast, although I didn't like it The room was spacious and it had air conditioning Free parking was also available, which is great There was a fridge in the room

Modern building, upmarket and very impressive. Bathroom with bath and shower with good water pressure. large beautiful room flat screen TV with sofa , clean and comfortable, lift to upper floors. Hot n cold basic buffet breakfast available. Cafe opposite ideal for refreshments. Good heating.

Confused by car park entry, not told how to enter so had to park in street. No balcony to room for smoking. Restaurant was closed. Coffee coin machine expensive. No nominated guest smoking area downstairs. Charged for breakfast, thought it was included. Mini fridge empty and not working.

Extra large spacious rooms, comfortable beds, free large parking. The metro station is close and it takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the center

Heating practically does not exist, for the sake of form a fan is built in, but only to hear something and not to actually heat. I always carry a small heater with me so this is not a problem for me, but basically it is very, very bad.

The room was big, clean and quiet. It was perfect for our stay. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the city center by car. There is metro station close by, so the transportation is convenient. We liked the location, because is "off the grid" and it gave us privacy. The beds and the pillows were very soft, the linen and the towels - crispy clean. There was a small resting area in the room with armchairs and a table. The hotel also offers cable TV and quite good free WiFi. Our check-in and check-out were a breeze. No problem at all. The receptionist upon check-in was cheerful and smiley. It felt very good. Overall, a very nice place. Our stay was quite pleasant.

Some hooks in bathroom will make a difference. The armchairs were a bit threadbare and shabby. The amenities were a bit scarce - not enough toilet paper, soap and shampoo for a triple room (I brought some with me and that didn't bother me much. But it's a part of the service and should be provided).

We normally book a double room, but this time we travelled with a friend and booked a triple. Surprisingly, the mattresses were much better than in the double rooms, the bathroom was very spacious and we even had a bathrub and a sofa!

The bathtub was leaking and there were burnt holes in the sofa.

This is an older hotel on the edge of town. It is not modern but it is perfectly comfortable for a couple of night's stay. Breakfast is buffet style with a selection of local dishes. The staff were friendly It is close to a metro station which will take you to the centre, or it is a 30 minute walk.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and it offers a good value for the money.

It would be nice if the towels and the pillows, sheets and towels are better quality. The soap dispenser didn't work. I got a small soap bar on the second day A small notepad and a pen or pencil could be very useful.
