Perfect location!!! Great and quick problem resolution from the management team Also very happy with the elderly gentleman who works at night shifts (him and the manager were the most pleasant people from the whole place)

The gentleman who supposed to work at the reception at night was sleeping constantly and not happy that he had to open the door for me (was after 22:00).Also so unprofessional making unreasonable comments and weird communication overall ! However the elderly gentleman who was working at night shifts too - I can’t fault him! Very very pleasant, helpful and professional!

A budget place walkable from the train and bus station. It was great for a late check-in. Like the other reviews say it is not a modern or stylish place, but I thought it was very comfortable. It has loads of pluses; 24 hour desk, 12:00 pm check-out, luggage storage, private bathroom, fridge and outside space. No air con, but a powerful fan.It also has really nice staff. It's near a metro and only 15 or 20 minutes walk to the centre.

A kettle and microwave or small kitchen somewhere would be great.

Lovely staff who provide wonderful service with a smile on their faces (shoutout to Nina and Jasmine). The fully wooden interior and large space provides a cozy setting. I was also provided extra blankets to keep warm with a spare towel. Strategic location - 15min walk to the city center and just adjacent to a major road, which features HALAL food and markets. Many art spaces are nearby as well. 10min walk to Lavov Most train station.

The toilet had a small issue of not having a place to hang up the shower head, so I always had to hold it. A very minor issue. One also needs to return the room key when leaving which does not allow the toilet ventilation to function. So the floor may still be very wet when you return after a long day.

The hotel is located in a central place close to a metro station but also possible to walk to many places of interest in Sofia. I appreciate the kindness and willingness of the lady at the reception to help us with our heavy suitcases. The room was clean, basic.

Only the bathroom door is not possible to lock and the pillows need to be replaced.

No hooks for towels in the bathrooms, but there were mount holes for the in the walls. Not critical but strange.

Nice staff and good room. The ladies were polite and helpful. We needed to come early and the Lady of the check-in let us to leave the luggage. The room was clean and the hotel taken care of. We felt comfortable and welcome.

The room was prepared for 1 person. We tell this to the staff and they solved it so it wasn't a big issue. The staff was very efficient and thoughtful.

Just few metres from hotel you can find fast food places and restaurants for every budget. Very clean and comfortable "good old times" hotel in centre of Sofia with large flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, suitable for working in teh room. Most certainly will return next time.

apartement in a very central area, fully equipped kitchen, all in all simple but clean and with everything you need, very nice and helpful owner - perfect for a short stay in this interesting city!

the house is located at a very busy big street

The location was great with easy access to the city center. The hotel staff was Wonderful. The hotel had a courtyard that was beautiful and the room itself has everything we needed.
