very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast

I chose the hotel because we needed a parking lot since we were traveling by car, but the parking lot was occupied. so in the middle of the night, my children and I had to look for an empty parking lot on the street. The receptionist who was working at the time was very rude and unfriendly.

Professional staff. When I asked a question to the hotel via Booking.com messages I received an answer quickly. Some hotels don’t reply at all or do not answer the question. We had a tournament nearby this hotel and wanted to stay there due to proximity to the sport hall. The hotel had only 1 room left with a double bed. We needed 3 beds for 3 persons and I appreciate it very much that the staff of the hotel helped me to arrange this and fast. Staff at the reception is friendly and helped us with everything we asked for: taxi, finding a shopping center 😊 etc. It is appreciated when you made feel welcome especially in a foreign country. The hotel also has a SPA and a hairdresser. This is very handy. We had no time to use it but a good idea. The restaurant at the hotel is quite good and is open until 22:00. There is also another restaurant/café – very big one – right next to the hotel. There is a huge shopping mall about 20min walking. Maybe even less. We went and thought it was nearby. 2 sport halls right in front of the hotel – convenient in case of an event. Taxi to the airport is very cheap – 8 EUR – if you order from the hotel. Lot’s of taxis and they come fast.

The hotel is old fashioned but clean. I didn’t like the bathroom as it has a jacuzzi bath tab instead of the shower. Not convenient if you just want to take a shower. And no curtains of course so the whole bathroom is just wet afterwords. But it was clean and included all necessary bathroom amenities: shampoo, shower gel, even razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste! This is a big plus. At the same time no conditioner. 😊 We are these people who always use conditioner, so we missed it a bit. But again, this was not a big problem. Overall fine and comfortable hotel.

Located in a residential but lively area, it is in a good position between airport and center of Sofia. Hotel has reception running 24/7 with friendly and professional staff. Restaurant located on top of the building is perfect if you have an early flight in the morning. Breakfast is good quality for the price like in the old days. Rooms are not brand new but for what the hotel charges it is not an issue.

Ambient fragrance in the room was a little too much

Everything was perfect from check in to the room which was well decorated and spotless clean and the best mattress you could get..and the breakfast was ecellent..normally in Bulgaria I’m happy with the coffee toast and pastries but the hot Buffett here was 10 out of 10 mushrooms fried egg bacon and french eggy toast was very tasty it will definitely make me go back..

I liked the restaurant located at last floor. The view is wonderful and atmosphere was nice. Food was tasty. The receptionist called for taxi when we need one, discuss with the dispenser to pay by card.

Some things are old in the hotel room. In one of the rooms the smell was not pleasant but the receptionist change the room when we asked. Be careful at taxi drivers. Some of them are not fair.

It’s in a quiet location and a safe neighbourhood. We were there during a very hot spell of weather, and the air conditioning was excellent, enabling us to escape from the heat, and to sleep at night. The room was clean and modern. The hotel staff were all excellent. Finally, but importantly: one of us needed a gluten free breakfast, for health reasons. The staff discreetly but efficiently made sure that gluten-free bread was available. The staff were always happy to help with ordering taxis (eg for the airport)

We only have good things to say about this excellent hotel.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and organised us a taxi to the airport for 3am. We were able to leave luggage as we arrived before our rooms were ready and reception staff gave us information on the local things to see and do close to the hotel. There's a nice park over the road and another bigger one, Borisova Gradina Park, a bit further away. The hotel bar/restaurant has excellent views, a balcony, and a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and cooled by AC with a free bottle of water.

It is close to the airport and also ony a short drive or bus ride to parks, historical statues etc in the city centre, so a convenient location whether you want to enjoy the city or just be near the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of daylight inside the hotel gave it a good spacious feeling.

Breakfast starts at 7am, my flight meant going to the airport at 3.30am so the free breakfast wasn't something I could utilise. Maybe a takeaway option already bagged up the night before could be a nice touch for hungry travellers

The breakfast was quite good. Wide choice of meal, all is fresh. The bathroom was ok too, it was clean and good pressure of hot water. WiFi was also descent.

The wall in the room itself had some paint stains. The wallpapers was glued off the walls somewhere. Not very clean blankets, at least not as good as on the photo they have. The ceiling in the bathroom had traces of recent fix, not painted. Not very tidy place overall.

We were here for a gymnastics competition for our little one, we liked the location it's convenient with all the essential things like a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, diner and park and it was walking distance to the Asics Arena. Room was decent for the price. Staff was super friendly and our requests were well accommodated by both "Victorias" - Viktoria Velikova and Victoria Taskova. You can request for a kettle and iron if you require.

Not much to complain about for the price.
