I had a lovely spacious suite on the top floor - it was very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The bathroom was very new and modern, everything worked really well and the staff were amazing. I left my passport in the taxi to the hotel. The hotel owner took me back to the airport and spoke to other taxi drivers and the police at his own cost to help me track down the original driver and get my passport returned. He was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond anything I could have expected - what an absolute star - you would not get this sort of help from anyone else, he saved me from so much grief, I cannot thank him enough, an amazing guy.

small hotel in very good location. got the street side room, but it was quiet and there was no problem with outside noises. 10 minutes walk there is a long open shop, atm on nearby gas station, and easy transportation to downtown or other areas of Sofia. no problem with late check in. room was ok, not too small, comfortable bed, good selection of the tv channels. around 15lv for the transportation from airport after 22:00.

Excellent value for money. We needed a place to stay in Sofia after a late night flight arrival. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, yet being in a quiet residential area, and because it offered 24 hour reception. Our flight was delayed significantly. We landed at 4.45 am. By 5.15 am we were tucked up in our beds, without any issue, the hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout. Great value for money!

Great room, for that price amazing conditions with balcony and a good shower. Friendly stuff, helped us order a taxi. Amazing quality tap water. Will definitely stay again, and recommend for layovers, as the airport is just 5km away

The area is not beautiful, and not a lot of cafes or other infrastructure, but we were staying just to sleep so it was not a problem. The most convenient way to get to/from the airport is taxi, but it is cheap, so not a big deal

Nice little hotel right next to a big transport hub, where you can get a tram or bus to any location in the ciry. It's very near the biggest sports hall - Arana Sofia, which makes it perfect for people who plan to attend an event there.

The fasilities are a bit worn out and need a bit more maintenance, but nothing too bad.

The staff was VERY friendly, the interior of the building looks nice and the room was cozy. VERY important for me - there was a harder and softer pillows to choose from, this was a very pleasant surprise as I like harder pillows. The room was clean, my view from the window was good. Good transportation choices available in the area.

Great location in the middle of golders green. The room was super equipped with a coffee machine, small kitchen with microwave kettle dishes and even paper towels. Everything was super clean. Very good towels supply. Nice stuff

Not all the electric outlets was working properly

Great location for travelers, less than a minute walk to the bus station with multiple bus lines and 15 min ride on a taxi to the airport, few places to eat and a grocery store near by. The place is very clean, the room got everything you need, the bed was really comfortable,24 hours front desk, very nice and super helpful

Great location near the airport and on a team line that goes straight to the center of the city. Nice family hotel, well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and the heating is fine.

The non-smoking rooms should be kept for non-smokers. Would be good to clean the smell and charge for violations.

Cheap and cheerful. Fair offering for the price. The description of the room shows the hotel has a sense of humor about it (see below).

My room supposedly had a seating area and a mini bar. But somehow I missed it, unless the seating area means sitting on the bed, and the empty mini fridge stood in for the mini bar.
