This is actually like a "real" hotel - with a coffee maker, restaurant/bar, and friendly front desk staff. The cost is a little higher than some others, but probably worth it as there is free parking and breakfast included. Access to the city or the airport is very convenient. Breakfast was good - there is a variety of food on offer, juice and coffee/tea. The Sky bar is a nice place to go and grab a coffee, and the sandwiches on offer are good, and not too expensive. This former Best Western hotel has obviously changed ownership, but retains all the services. It is beginning to look a little worn, but that doesn't affect the quality of your stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a single room, but the bed was larger than the usual BG single (which is about 30 inches wide!) - more like a double. Will probably stay again next time.

Its not the hotel's fault, but I don't like windows in the shower that are overlooked! Why??! The heating system gives you a thermostat and a fan control, but didn't seem to change the temperature in the room much, if at all. However even though it was winter, it was not cold.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, professional and informative. The room I had was spacious, sunny, really quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable and clean. Everything well maintained and functioning. The hotel is also pet friendly. They said it was ok to bring the cat I was adopting from Sofia.

I didn't like the restaurant attached to the hotel (I think they operate separately despite being in the same building). The food I ordered was really heavy with oil and cream.

The room was very nice and spacious, breakfast was delicious and the facilities around the hotel were up to standard. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The rooftop bad and restaurant were very nice to enjoy some drinks and at very reasonable price.

There should be more information upon arrival about the rooftop (even if it is run independently to the hotel) as well as the restaurant. There should be put a bit more effort to display information in the room about dialing to rooms service or reception as we did not know where to call and we had to guess

Very convenient location. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and professional. The underground parking was extremely convenient. It was nice and clean. Very warm considering the witer temperatures outside. It was great for our short, 1 night stay.

There was an unpleasant smell of damp and mould coming from the bathroom. It could be a drainage issue throughout the hotel as it could be detected in the hallway. One side of the bed could have done with a new mattress. It was sunken and uncomfortable. Expected better from a 4 star hotel.

I've been at this hotel many times and will return. It is a great location and rooms with good people,. Quiet place but still close to airport and center. Breakfast is nice in the garden. Rooms are big, unless you pick the single room but it is enough for a person. It is clean and comfortable. The beds and sheets are wonderful after a long day out.

One downside is that the AC sometimes is not working well, especially in the single/small rooms in the summer.

I really enjoyed the spacious room with semi-circled panoramic windows and a city view from the 5th floor. The room had everything necessary, including free water and tea/coffee and was absolutely clean. Breakfast was basic, but rather varied. Generally, I would say that the hotel is really worth the price and is a decent place to stay overnight in Sofia.

The hotel is comfortable and well located especially for events at the Asics stadium. Room was a good size. Cost was very reasonable for the location. Also only a short taxi ride from the airport.

Aircon didn't work as well as I would have liked. Difficult to get room temperature to a comfortable level.

Food, staff, location, all were excellent. The underground parking was my main reason for booking and I would certainly book again and recommend it to others.

Facilities like massage were not available. The noise level from other guests was sometimes excessive.

We love coming here because they are excepting pets. Our dog is always traveling with us, and this is a rare hotel that has an acceptable rate for pets. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city and far away from the city noise. The room was big enough with 3 of us and the dog, the bed is super comparable and big enough for 2 adults and a kid. We will definitely come again.

From the minite we arrived, the lady on reception was amazing. Spoke perfect English and was very helpful. A genuinely happy lady. Can't thank her enough.

The pool was closed untill June. Just something we overlooked when booking.
