The reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful with any requests handled quickly, e.g. pool towels and a kettle, as well as local knowledge like the buses and ordering taxis. The hotel was also very clean and kept so. The breakfast buffet was regularly topped up and decent quality. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was good and up-to-date. Would say the location is OK if you don't need to be in the city all the time - it's well placed between there and Vitosha (which means it's a couple of degrees cooler than the city in the summer).

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. There also did not appear to be disabled facilities, i.e. no ramp to the entrance nor a lift inside.

Nice, simple, and clean hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. Convenient on-site parking is available, including a few spots with electric chargers. The hotel offers a good standard breakfast. There's also a restaurant across the road and a minimarket next to the parking. Our family room exceeded expectations, featuring a separate parents' room. The location is pleasant; while the neighborhood itself is unremarkable, the view includes lovely, forested green hills.

The carpets had some minor, barely noticeable stains that could likely be cleaned. While the bathroom was a bit dated, the rest of the room appeared renovated. I believe the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but this wasn't an issue for us as we were on the first floor.

First visit to Jasmin hotel with my family was very pleasant. Excellent location, great staff ,very clean and well presented. Swimming poole with sun launges and coffee tables. Very quite and relaxing Will absolutely will be back .

The Jasmin restaurant was a disappointment. It is located within the complex with nice terrace and good food. However, the service was awful. The lady who served us was very rude and unprofessional. As we walked it we wanted to pick on the menu to which she said: 'Sit down, I'll come to you ! You might as well go to the kitchen and get your own food!' 😆 We laughed it off, and I didn't bother translating to my British husband, but we never went back. When I complained to the reception the lady said she was aware and many people looked for alternative place to dine. Which is a shame 🫠

The men, the receptionists in new and old hotels, were really kind and helpful. I denied entering the North Makedonia because of the car document problem. That's why I needed to go back to the hotel again and to stay one night more. The man who in new one helped me book the cheapest price room. The man who in old one helped me get delivered the pizza when I have some problem of conversation with restaurant. And he told me how to get to enter Romania and he made me relax and he said, "You don't worry about passing the border because it's one of the EU. Thanks to the guys' service, I'm safely in one of Baltic countries now! Regarding the hotel, the room is very comfortable and has a reasonable price. I'm gonna come here again when I'll in Sophia someday

Mind-blowing! I really loved this hotel while staying in Sofia. It is in a quiet area, with a great restaurant for late dinner and a huge variety of dishes for breakfast. The room was tidy and fresh,and the staff at the front desk were polite and offer a warm smile.There was also the extremely clean bathroom with a good selection of toiletries.I truly appreciated the views of the mountains from the balcony.Couldn’t have chosen a better place to overnight. I highly recommend it!

The location is convenient, close to Sofia’s ring road, which made it easy to access by car. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. It was quiet during the night, so we had a good rest. There was monitored parking available, which gave us peace of mind. The on-site restaurant was a nice bonus – we were able to have dinner without leaving the property.

Since the property is near a busy road, there was some traffic noise during the day, although it didn’t bother us at night.

Great hotel especially for transiting. The room was clean, had everything that we needed and the best thing is that after a long drive we didn't had to search for a good restaurant, the one in the complex had great food and service! I don't understand the bad reviews, it's a 3 star hotel that was better than most other 3 star choices. The breakfast was also great and while we didn't speak the same language as the Ukranian ladies mentioned in other comments, we definitely understood each other and it was actually a pleasant and funny interaction. I recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't expect a 7 star hotel room for the price of a 3 star one. We liked our experience here enough to book a room for the trip back home too.

Good base from which to explore the area south of the city -we went up to the top of the Vitosha Mountain- but still with good public-transport connections (one transfer) to the airport and city. Receptionists were really friendly and chatty. Bedroom was very modernly furnished. Swimming pool and surrounding area were small, but quite comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good and included lots of options, with hot items including sausage, scrambled eggs and toast.

Despite choosing the option for "2 single beds", we had to push them apart ourselves upon entering the room. To our amazement, as we did so we found a butt plug on the floor that had been under one of the beds, so clearly the staff aren't cleaning THAT thoroughly!! Bathroom was quite old compared to the bedroom. The balcony mentioned in the room description was also non-existent. Who seemed like the boss woman of the breakfast room was a bit miserable. They were a bit slow in replenishing items as they got low as well.

The hotel is very well situated in Sofia in its south outskirts, for those travelling by car and needing to take the road easily after leaving Sofia, and at the same time it is situated in a quiet area. It is quite big, with several buildings, it's actually very good for those in transit, notably in summer area, when many around BG cross this country towards or from the Balkans or Greece and Turkey. Breakfast is rich. Good large parking for cars, in the inner yard between 2 buildings and is free of charge. Across the street there is a small restaurant, belonging to Jasmin, where you can eat - of course paid - a la carte

No elevator in the building where I was given the room, and my room was at 3rd floor. However, the gentleman at the reception offered help when I arrived, and took my carry on upstairs. Hotel is not responsive on Booking messaging if clients are asking for information prior to their stay. I had to ask customer service of Booking to get one answer about breakfast hours. If many travellers are using the hotel for transit as they are travelling in the region, it would be good to have breakfast starting earlier than 07.00.

On the day of check-in, the reception was excellent. But at check-out from the hotel, the other receptionist was a disaster: He was negative, unfriendly, he barely speaks, this time I will not take that into account, but because we plan to stay at the Jasmin Hotel again, if this receptionist is negative again, I will greatly affect on the hotel review!!! BRAVO TO TEAM JASNIM HOTEL !!! very unprofessional behavior of the second shift receptionist !!!
