I stayed in this hotel often, because of my travel and the location being close to the airport and metro stations. The rooms are big and specious for a family of three. The bed is comfortable,but the couch bed not so much. Stuff is nice and helpful always. I like that now they are going green and don’t use plastic water bottles, but instead a filter water. It is also breakfast and dinner buffet.

Unfortunately we were frustrated this time because they had issues with the phone in the room and the front desk wasn’t able to call us in the morning to wake us up. And both elevators were not working, so we had to carry 2 big suitcases and small ones downstairs from the 4th floor.

Comfortable bedroom, spacious room, personally we would prefer a walk in shower which is not available but we put up with shower over bath as generally everything else is perfect for us when catching a flight. Excellent buffet breakfast that is maintained no matter what time you arrive. Reception staff are friendly and resolved an issue we had with our room very quickly.

The new dessert menu is not as nice as former offering. Paper cups for tea/coffee in the bedrooms, though we asked for china and it was provided.

The Hotel is 10 minutes distance with car from the airport, and have easy access to the city center. Relatively qute Horel, more bussines type, the room sizes is good, inought space for one o 2 persons in the room. Breakfast very limited but satisfactory. Free parking place is the bonus for those who traveling via car.

When I book the hotel there was option for transfer from the airport included in the price, and because of the night flight I had so far it was sutable option. 2/3 days before my arrival I got an email informing me that I have to find yellow taxi and to manage to book it with some hotel voucher becaus they don`t have no more airport transfer available, but the exponation for the voucher wa not very clear so I pay for the taxi - on the next day the hotel manage another transfer via Yellow Taxi instant the airport transfer. Also, the bath towels is too small size, and the bath products very limited,

Room is spacious, Furniture is still quite new.. Breakfast is very decent, with good quality and enough choice not to get bored during a short stay of 2-3 days. Convenient location right on the Metro between the airport, the city and some of the most popular new business area

Airport pickup did not work well. Room heating was arranged using an external air blowing device. an outlet next to the bed in my room (801) was not working, and was never fixed until I left in spite of reception notification. Airport pickup did not work really in spite of advance booking (maybe the driver did not come, maybe the pickup bus did not have a proper sign and is not stopping on advertised spot- unclear). Anyhow, upon phone calls to reception the hotel paid for the taxi service to the hotel to cover this service include in the booking

Location is perfect for the airport. We left at 4am and they gave us breakfast to bring with us I do really appreciated that. I liked the room, very comfortable with this TV coin (210). It was clean and tv worked perfectly, that is not that usual for hotels in Sofia. Nice place for breakfast pleasant.

The hall is very cold. They didn't give us a normal bed for the kid. We had a sofa but she couldn't sleep there as she fall down as soon as se turn around. Not everything at breakfast was fresh. Coffe I didn't like. They didn't charge our room second day with coffee and water. They told me that is only for welcome but I think for this price they can do it.

The hotel is located a relatively long distance from the city centre but there is a metro station very close . The rooms are comfortable the beds are big, and there are free welcome goods (water coffee tea). The internet is acceptable. Very positive also the free parking . Worth mentioning the breakfast which was amazing

Although the cost of the stay was paid in booking.com by mistake in the reception I was charged again. Of course it was corrected after 3 days.

The room was excellent—spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The room felt much larger than typical hotel rooms. Impeccable cleanliness ! Really comfortable for a good rest. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast in a beautiful, sunny restaurant area that opened onto a lovely garden. I stayed for one night with my daughter, and we were both very happy with our experience in this pleasant and quiet hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we didn’t encounter any issues at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Expo Sofia. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect – right next to the metro and very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect during my stay at the Expo Hotel Sofia. All the staff at the reception and in the restaurant was smiling and really helpful. I felt myself like being home. The room was spotless, spacious, with comfy beds and everything you need for a perfect stay. Nice and big outdoor parking. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner buffet was a good option to eat on spot.

Nothing. I will gladly stay there again.
