A good hotel for transit passengers with a friendly, responsive receptionist (unfortunately I don’t know the name). Despite the late check-in, I organized tea and ordered a taxi for a night flight to the airport. Quiet area in the private sector of Sofia, near the airport. I recommend the hotel to travelers for relaxation before an upcoming flight.

Excellent and such a kind host!! He didn't speak English but we were able to communicate in Spanish as he knew how to speak the language. Upon arrival, he offered us coffee and chocolates immediately. We had to return our rental car back at the airport after checking in so he followed us in his car so that we would have a ride back. Not only did he drive us back but also took us all the way to the city centre (for more sightseeing). We enquired about getting a taxi to get to the city centre so he took us instead. He refused to accept any money at all as he offered to help us out of the goodness of his heart. A real gem!! He would go out of his way to help his guests!! Thank you so much Trucko (not sure if I spelt it correctly though, sorry if I did 😣) for your kindness.

Nothing. The accommodation suited us for a one night stay and it was close to the airport which was handy for our early flight the following day.

Overall all my expectations were met. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room size was adequate and I felt that the restaurant was excellent. The salad which I ordered in Ego in Tarnovo and the same salad which I ordered at the hotel were incomparable. I genuinely feel that restaurant has exceeded my expectations.

I feel that the reception should operate 24/7. It was most unfortunate that on the day I was leaving there was nobody there.

The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to every question and request. There was a private parking and a spot was reserved for my car. The room, the bathroom and the bed sheets were clean.

The double bed was located on some elevated floor about 6-8 cm above the room floor. That ledge is a stumbling danger and tripping hazard, especially during the night. Moreover the carpet and most of the furniture were dark colors and no contrast nor any lighting could help to see that step even during the day... The blankets were thin and it felt cold during the night. The closet was tiny and there were no hangers inside. The kitchenette cabinets and drawers were all empty and dusty inside. No silverware, cups, glasses etc.

Good hotel. Friendly and good-natured host. Room and bed are clean. Arrived late at night, asked to be met. Not only was I met, but even after leaving the hotel they took me to the airport. I meet such a service. Many thanks to the owners and employees of the hotel. I wish you to prosper. Keep it up!!!

The stuff is very welcoming and flexible, ready to meet the guest's needs. A stressfull layover became a nice experience and now I know where to stay next time I will have the chance to visit properly the city. Strongly suggested!!! Beautiful, clean, comfortable! Location 6 mins in car 🚗 the hotel takes you to the airport any time its 12 levs which is £5 April 2022, free coffee btw, have shop 4 mins first left from hotel and kentucky 6 mins on right . English speaker there and German,

Traffic noise I'm a light sleeper woke up a few times it wasn't the planes was the lorries,

We've spent a lovely night with my girlfriend. After a long day of traveling we had a very good rest. It was very comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful.

-10 minutes from the airport -comfortable room -comfortable and clean bathroom -friendly staff

-hotel is a bit isolated. It is great for one night of you have to go early to the airport like I did but I wouldn't recommend staying more than one night as it is far from the city.

It was really nice location close to the airport. The receptionist was a super nice girl :)
