The place is very clean and there's plenty for the kids to enjoy themselves, especially if they love animals. It was not very crowded, rooms are large and well maintained, including a Dolce Gusto machine for coffee!

We were there for 5 nights. Most of the advertised activities were not available or there were no staff to refer to for them. Entertainment area was closed off, rodeo simulator was off, and there was no horseback riding. Could be because it was not the high season but it should be specified when these are available. There is also a nice bar within the pool, but for some strange reason it only sells Shisha, no drinks. Also choice of food from the restaurants is very limited, especially for kids, and especially during the week.

The property was beautiful and clean. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A definite recommendation. Love the warm and professional welcome of the young lady who received us ( did not get her name) She definitely gets a 12/10 for customer service.

The restaurant closes quite early and there is no store on site for snacks etc

The Wind Mills Hydropark is an amazing place to stay, very peaceful with a lot of facilities to have fun. I’ve been in a couple of places but this one is the kind you wanna relax with your friends or family! You can can go fishing, swimming or go for a walk in the peaceful lake at the “resort”. There are many amenities include 6 pool that you can relax in. I would recommend it a 100 times! Thanks for everything Wind Mills Hydropark!

We liked the lake and the vibe at the water park, the park has 2 sliders. Clean rooms and nice view. Stuff were nice.

The shower overflowed on one of the rooms. The water on the pools was really cold though it was mid-August. One hitted pool could make a huge difference. Also no breakfast although it is pretty expensive compared to similar locations.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like VIPs :) pools, activities, food, accommodation were all more than we expected. It was also really clean. We stayed from a Monday until Wednesday so it was not very crowded, but enough people to have a fun vibe.

The environment and the attractions. Room was clean and very well organized. Balcony was stunning. The pool and water slides were amazing. Definitely coming back for those.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the food served. It needs a lot of improvement. Pizzas ordered by the pool were tasteless and seemed frozen. Definitely not worth the money. If they fix the food served, this place will become one of the best vacation spots near the capital of the country.

The location is great and allows for a nice and quite night under the stars. Busy during the day with many pool guests but after 8pm, it changes. Plenty to do, with a great mini zoo.

Although we booked a room for 4, we got an overcharge for two children.

The place is amazing looking, has a lot of activities for family with Kids and the staff are super nice and hospitable That area is very beautiful and the place clearly had a lot of money invested in it - very luxurious looking resort

Rooms are very old, the first one we had smelled like mold and then we switched with the couple we traveled with. The staff said there is no available rooms. The restaurant's food is not very good and nowhere really to eat near by

The whole design of the hotel, it was perfect !

It can have an option of closing a room with buffet breakfast , it will increase the value of the hotel, because the option of the a la carte restaurant if you want to eat breakfast there, it doesn't have variety . And unfortunately it doesn't have anything around so you can go.
