My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and unexpectedly perfect. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this is a modern hotel, with a brand-new appearance, designed with high-tech features and smart practicality throughout. Even the standard room was surprisingly large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room also included a sofa, work desk, fridge, and everything was laid out thoughtfully. The room offered a paid minibar, but also included complimentary coffee capsules and a bottle of water, which was a great touch. Every detail was well considered — power outlets and USB ports were placed conveniently for all kinds of devices. The lighting was perfectly configured, and the bathroom was spacious, functional, and practical, with everything needed: hairdryer, gels, tissues, and impeccable cleanliness. I also appreciated the carpet around the bed area, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — extensive, varied, and of excellent quality. The hotel also features a wonderful spa area with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a large gym — perfect for any workout or fitness routine you want to follow. The overall look of the hotel is majestic, luxurious, and ultra-modern. The staff were highly professional, helpful, and attentive. I truly have nothing to complain about — it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. 💯 I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, complete with a modern and spotless bathroom. The beds and pillows were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving excellent food at reasonable prices, making dining a pleasure. Adding to the experience was the exceptional staff—always warm, smiling, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and enhanced our overall experience. From the comfort of the rooms to the quality of service and dining, everything was superb. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about our stay.

It was the best night I've spent in a hotel in a long time! The room was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable and best of all it was very quiet and I woke up wonderfully rested the next morning! The food was delicious, the breakfast buffet excellent! The staff was very friendly and professional. The property offered secure parking and the neighborhood seemed clean and quiet. For our purposes the property was conveniently close to the highway so we could continue our trip the next day without passing through inner city traffic. We arrived on time to make use of the swimming pool, which is surprisingly big compared to most hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely use it for future trips.

Not a complaint but the water in the pool was a little cool for my liking.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. Very good breakfast. Rooms are spacious and modern. The gym is great, considering it's a hotel gym. The pool is a perfect size for swimming lanes. Staff are very friendly, always smiling genuinely.

If I had to mention one thing, it's that it is pretty far from both the city center and the airport. But honestly, having to take the subway for 30+ minutes every day is still worth it.

Very clean, super friendly staff, super breakfast - I even had Bulgarian bonitsa and yogurt with honey and nuts, that I wanted to try 👌 And good coffee!

Spa seems larger on the photos, than it actually is. It is pool, small round jacuzzi and two saunas - steam and regular one. Space around the pool is small, you can not have two beds next to each other, only one fits. But all clean and nice.

The Food was very nice, it was tasty and there was variety. The room was clean, fast cleaning as well. The staff was very nice and helfpul. The pool and sauna were very nice and relaxing.

The sheets were not very comfortable, the snacks and drinks in the club lounge lack variety. The bar cannot provide you with a cocktail outside what's on the menu.

Personnel was really professional. The facilities,room, furniture and decoration are perfect. Breakfast and dinner menu really tasty!

The only thing I didn't like is that I reserved a room with breakfast and dinner included, but for the dinner you had to pay extra for what you drink, even water. No massage services were available at the time.

This a new very beautiful hotel. Everything is as expected even better. Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful design. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. Very polite staff, amazing breakfast. Easy to reach the city with the subway which you will find 5 min walk away. Free parking. Highly recommended.

Spa entrance. Spa as a spa is nice and well maintained, only thing is you need to walk trough reception and lobby and very close are the entrance door so going to the spa in winter months is not ideal.
