We had a great time staying in Wave Resort, kids were amazed by amount of pools, the water slides and the all inclusive concept. Food selection was great and delicious, even me being vegan still enjoyed great food selection. And guys from the entertaining crew ("Animation Team") did an amazing job. Also spa and the gym were great.

We were not quite comfortable with a concept of semi-open doors in toilet in family suite. Room cleaning could be better, it was very shallow, mere fixing the beds and filling minibar but without sweeping floors during the whole week. Also be careful at the water slides, the connections of it's parts are not perfect and can scratch your back as you slide. I scratched mine and saw a few other people with similar fresh scratches on their spines.

Everything was top notch - the food, the amenities, the staff were friendly and nice. We truly had an amazing time.

The only thing that wasn’t OK were the sunshades and the sun-beds at the beach - old, low quality, crammed and not enough, and just not reflecting the overall five star experience.

Very nice hotel, good food and friendly staff. The hotel is modern, located right on the seashore, in an isolated area. This can be good for persons than prefer quiet. For a couple of nice days with relaxation, the hotel is very good. Pomorie is at 20km distance and can be visit.

All good, maybe - maybe a little more attention to cleanliness in the room, but nothing that would bother us too much.

My husband and I had a beautiful stay at the Wave Resort Hotel in May. The hotel is very spacious with many places, both inside and outside, to relax. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet location with direct access to the sand beach. The food was excellent (really) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has great spa facilities, including many different types of saunas. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus that runs daily to Pomorie. There you can visit the salt museum and watch birds through binoculars. I highly recommend to visit this hotel.

The location is lovely, even though it might seem isolated I take it as a win because you wont be disturbed by the music from other resorts. The resort is well built, with premium materials, super big rooms and nice amenities. Beds are confy and all spaces, both common and private are super clean. The pools are nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the food is surprisingly good for an all inclusive, as good as an a-la-carte restaurant. Another nice thing about food is the fact that you can find food around the resort basicalyy 24/7. Theres always a place by the pool or next to the restaurant where they serve food. And its good. So you won't starve😅. Pools are not crowded, you can easily find free sunbeds. The beach is clean but the sea is not quite clean. Lots of plastics and other trash (brought in from the sea). I had a room with swimup pool and it was nice, but pool is kind of narrow. The alcohool is also good, with medium budget acohool used to make cocktails. You won't find super-cheap drinks here like in other all inclusive hotels. I highly recommend the place!

Very large room. Open concept for bathroom doors was a bit strange but otherwise clean and spacious. Loved the private outdoor pool. Instead of having many separate small pools, it is a shared 100m pool that is ideal for morning/afternoon swims.

SPA could be more proactively maintained as we had more than a few cases where either one of the saunas or the steam room was not operating and they had to be notified to restart it.

Wow! We had an absolutely amazing time at the Wave Resort - Ultra All Inclusive! Our large group of 17, with kids of all ages, had the most incredible vacation. This hotel is a true paradise. The pools are fantastic — there are so many of them and they're perfect for everyone, from the little ones to the adults. We all had a blast. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful, well-kept grounds that are a pleasure to walk through. Bulgaria is a delightful country with a gorgeous sea and beaches, but what truly impressed us were the kind and wonderful people. The hotel staff were all so lovely, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We left with the fondest memories and are already planning our return! Thank you, Wave Resort, for this amazing holiday!

Varieties at breakfast were good. different kinds of cheese offered interesting flavors. Sauna services were really good. The services in the bars at the pool side were good.

Filter coffee was only available for breakfast. In general, the lack of filter coffee in a hotel with such good service is a great shortcoming. I added hot water to the long espresso, but it tasted so bad.
