I spent a few very pleasant days here, and everything contributed to a true holiday atmosphere! The ladies at the reception were especially kind and helpful – always smiling, ready to assist, and offer great recommendations. Their warm attitude made all the difference! The food was tasty and well-prepared. Breakfast, though simple, was fresh and just enough to start the day with energy. The prices at both the bar and the restaurant were also very reasonable, which was a nice bonus. I gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, good taste, and a team that truly knows how to make your vacation better!

Great location . Super easy ,spacious free parking. Room and hotel was very clean. Single bed very comfy but a bit narrow. All staff spoke good english and were very nice and helpful Delicious evening meal in the restaurant, good menu, very reasonable prices. Food was very tasty and hot. Service very good. Staff dealt with all small problems immediately, they were all so good and smiling. I would stay again and visit the restaurant for a meal even if I wasnt staying in the hotel. I would recommend for a stay in Burgas out of the city centre. Easy access to airport, centre or to motorway . Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Maybe consider investing in some new towels. The ones we had were small, greyish white and very thin. No shower gel , just shampoo each and small bar white soap. We were given another 2 shampoo for the shower though, thank you. Breakfast muesli was very good, plate breakfast was minimal and very strange to get a square of wrapped burger cheese included on it. It was enough though I would choose something else next time the other options were omellet, french toast and sandwiches which you ordered the night before.

It is clean, modern furnished. The reception is available for 7/24. Parking is available next to the hotel free of charge.

There is no curtain or something to prevent water spill around... Amenities are very limited and less then expected for 3 stars hotel... Breakfast is offered in limited choices and pre-order... This set-up should have been mentioned in the booking intro... There was no water provided in the room since it is expected in 3 stars as complimentary however the water is offered in. the lobby by payment.

The room was clean, decorated ok, it was quiet. There is a parking space and you can choose what you want for breakfast and they prepare on the spot.

They appeared to be a pet friendly facility, there is even a question answered about this, but in the meantime (I booked this 2 months ago) it changed that they don’t accept pets. Make sure you specifically ask and check. After discussing this, they accepted us to stay with the dog against a fee.

the room was pretty big and nicely decorated, we had two large windows but no balcony, the ac worked really well, the water pressure was high, the bathroom was really spacious and clean but i haven’t seen any ventilation system so it got quite steamy in there, free parking and also we arrived pretty late around 10 pm, 5 minutes before the kitchen was closing and they still served us warm cooked food, very nice staff!

the towels were pretty thin and looked dirty, it’s not that close to the beach if this is the reason for your stay and the breakfast is not served as we are used to you have to pick it a day in advance with a fixed hour and you can only get a sandwich/ omlette/ cereals with milk/ french toast but what we’ve chosen was pretty tasty

Poor breakfast. You have to oder it the day before and also say what time you re going to have it. No juices whatsoever, only the food you ordered and nothing else. Possibly understaffed. The receptionist also prepares breakfast and helps 3 guests at the same time. They should help guests first comes first gets. When I ordered a cappuccino two guests who came after me were helped first. It took ages. Traffic from the main road is constant.

Breathtaking balcony & view from 3rd floor rooms, restaurant has good fish, personnel is friendly, but you have to warm them up

You have to accept the caveats: 3rd floor no elevator, 4-lane street directly in front of hotel, no walking into town/beach-you better drive, you hear your neighbours through the walls, funny breakfast procedure (no buffet) Rest is quite ok for the money

Breakfast was "Å la carte" style, everything was fresh and delicious. Location is perfect. Parking spaces available. Right next to Burgas sea garden, which is excellent for people who enjoy long walks. Friendly and cooperative staff.

Breakfast menu, not too big in choice, but not a big deal especially for people who don't usually have breakfast at all. Noise from the street, which is a main connection road to key tourist destinations, was too loud even windows closed.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city centre, 3-4 km from the beach. The path to the beach goes through a nice park so you don't have to walk in the heat. Although not all the staff speak English, we were able to get along fine. The food in the restaurant is excellent: both in price and taste. You have to try something. The hotel is an excellent place to spend the night on the way on your travels.

Beautiful old building. Lovely staff. The breakfast was lovely. Spotlessly clean.

Parking wasn’t guaranteed. There is a big area beside the hotel but also an apartment building that uses this so in the evening parking was not guaranteed. It was a tight squeeze some evenings.
