We've stayed here every year over the last 5 years. The owner/staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. It's very clean and located at the front of the town with great parling Dog friendly and it's free, no hidden cost which is great.

The shower room tiles ate quite heavy glazed and become slippery when wet. Take care

Hotel located in small silent town Sarafovo (close to the Burgas) - hotel looks better than on the photos - clean and spacious room. - view at sea or green garden from the balcony ( depends of the location of the room - big terrace on the roof - Air condition - Hotel located close to the beach ( 7 min walk) - kind service staff

For me it is not practically disadvantage, but due to Airport located near the hotel sometimes older aircafts are heard during open windows. It is not common situation but it can be annoying for somebody.

The drain in the floor was a little smelly

The room I was staying had balcony and beautiful view to the sea. The bed was very comfortable, room cozy, clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed my short stay.

When I arrived, no one was at the reception, tried to call the number mentioned in the booking, but got respond that number doesn't exist, got a bit confused about that. So I wrote a message via booking and person appeared immediately. No other complains or issues.

Lovely small family hotel. Equipped with everything you need. Beautiful sea view. Close to the beach and airport.

The mattress were a bit too soft for us but some people might like it.

Small balcony with a beautiful view over the marina that was great to use in the evening and morning, peaceful location. Comfortable bedding, friendly helpful staff. Pleasant short walk to the beach or local restaurants.

The only discomfort: the bathroom is cramped and shower leaks all over the bathroom floor which makes it a bit unpleasant after taking a shower. A simple bamboo grid in front of the sink and toilet will save a lot of hassle.

Excellent Value! The Hotel Briz is a 20 min walk from the airport, 10-15 min to the beach. Great bus service to Sunny Beach and Burgas from town. I requested a room with a view and was able to hear the wave action from the room when the balcony door was open. Quiet area, clean room easy check in and plenty of food and drink options nearby. I really enjoy the stress free walk back to the airport for departure flight.

My short stay.

I arrived very late after check in had closed. I messaged them and the hotel put my keys in a lock box, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and there was a good shower.

Convenient location outside the busy city districts. Perfect if you travel by car.

You need to call the receptionist in advance to meet you upon arrival. Room's windows look just to the windows of other hotel rooms. You need to keep curtains always closed for privacy.
