We arrived early, but our room was ready so they let us go to the room straight away. She showed us the way and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a water machine in reception for fresh clean water. From this hotel we have spa access next door at Natura. The spa is lovely there, great for kids as well. In Burgas beach resort the pool was open it is May 24th most local outdoor pools aren't open til 31st. They have a kids pool and they are both fairly warm for this time of year. There are plenty of sun loungers. The beach is a 5 min walk down a private walk way. There are toilets and a cafe on didi beach and a kids playground. The hotel is a 5 min drive or 25 min walk from the airport. So perfect for travelling. A taxi is about 15BGN There is a restaurant in the hotel next door. Also a little shop opposite. With a good selection for essentials and Ice cream. By the pool there is an amazing kids indoor play area with kitchen toys and toddler play items. Also. Pool table. Games and puzzles. There is also an outdoor playground next to the pool. I'm not sure if they offer breakfast or meals, drinks during peak season. But the kitchens are well equipped and we made a pasta dinner and eggs for breakfast. Natura hotel opposite offer breakfast 30BGN for adults and 15BGN for children. We travel often to Burgas airport and this is definitely going to be a stop off point from now on. Again I'm going to rate the staff, sometimes we feel like an inconvenience checking in and asking questions. But these staff at reception and the cleaners are all friendly and helpful. More so than anywhere else we've stayed. There is good WiFi throughout.

Everything is wonderful, very nice and friendly staff. We arrived a little earlier, they agreed and let us into the room. The place is very good, quiet and everything is very tidy. Although the hotel itself does not have a spa center, another hotel in the chain located nearby does, so you can use their spa center unlimitedly. Really good value for money.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant of this hotel chain located next door is not recommended, so if you are going to eat, go a little further.

Nice cozy room, fully furnished kitchen, they even have a rack to hang your clothes after the laundry. Fully furnished, nice clean pool (which I did not use because the weather was still a bit cool to swim in April, but looked really good nonetheless) spacious parking and on top of that - located just in front of the lovely Golden Beach. We loved it so much so we couldn't resist ourselves to come back after a month. Very friendly and helpful staffs fluent in English and Russian - hats off to Petya especially.

The apartments were very luxurious, extremely clean, and comfortable. Special thanks I could say, the diamond of this hotel, the wonderful staff and member, wonderful and amazing lady Rymiana, who was always helpful in everything, always smiling, welcoming guests, and providing the necessary assistance in any matter. Also, special thanks to Gennady and Milena. With such staff and such a high level of service, I will gladly return to these apartments and highly recommend them to others as well. Thank you very much, dear Rymana, Milena, and Gennady, for the high-quality and courteous treatment of guests. The apartment was very clean. It was cleaned daily. We had a toddler with us so we had to change the linen a couple of times outside the schedule. The cleaning staff was very helpful and accommodating with it. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The restaurant in the resort was very pretentious but did not meet our expectations of kitchen level. I would not recommend it.

1. The lady from the reception :))) She was very friendly, kind, excellent English, always smiling and the hand wave from our departure was surprisingly warm and friendly. Thank you! 2. The rooms are very clean, you have air conditioning in every room, Samsung or Toshiba TV, washing machine, fridge, microwaves, oven, stove etc. 3. The pool is big, clean, refreshing and with a nice view. 4. The restaurant Casa Grande has excellent food with fair prices. Thank you to young charming Vasil for helping us during our stay with the drinks and food! 5. At the restaurant they helped us with a sweet surprise for my parents anniversary! Thank you also for this. 6. Safe free parking and safe area of the resort. 7. Albatros supermarket only 50 meters away is a plus for the resort. 8. Diddi Beach is also 100 meters away, with good sand and also a lovely terrace. 9. The staff is ready to help you both in the rooms and at the pool with everything is needs. 10. Overall an excellent accommodation!

Maybe for some people the shower in 1 bedroom apartment can be a little small.

My brother and I were very impressed with everything aside from a couple of points (what surprised us below in 'What didn't you like?). The swimming pool is amazing, extremely large, clean and the whole surrounding area (sunloungers, bean-bags, gardens) were very well maintained. The 2-bedroom apartment was great, excellent sea-views from 2 balconies, spacious and comfortable living area, kitchenette with hob and oven, all the kitchen utensils one needs. The bedrooms were of a good size, medium to firm mattresses made for a good nights sleep. WiFi signal was solid and speed was excellent and consistent. Short walk to the beach through a private entrance to the rear of the resort.

The following points are more of a take note to management. A restaurant is on-site, pool-side, modern, comfortable and welcoming. We decided to have a couple of hot sandwiches with fries and a little salad. We were somewhat taken aback when they were served in polystyrene boxes with plastic cutlery. You can't do that to guests, it's a restaurant not a take-away establishment. You really should provide a single kitchen roll in the kitchenette, they cost next to nothing and will be appreciated.

Just perfect! Right next to the beach, close from the airport. In the season you also have a pool and there is a spa in the sister property next door ( very affordable ). Apartment is brand new super clean and spacious. Also amazing stuff you can always count on:) Thank you so much for making our stay so great!

This is one of the best places we have stayed at during holidays. Apartments are clean and spacious fully equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier, as we were traveling with small kids. I fully recommend staying here!

The swimming pool is very pretty, clean, and temperature is just right. The rooms were clean and in very good condition. Handy laundry machine in room. Big fridge in kitchen. TWO "smart" televisions. Nice balcony. There is a handy mini store across the street for laundry detergent and groceries.

Restaurant is rarely open. Instead you have to walk to the next hotel where the menu choices were too exotic/fancy for our taste. Would have helped if there was simple kufte/kebapche, pizza, burger, etc .... on the menu.
