The place was OK. The room was good, the bed was comfy. The two ladies at the reception both night and day shift were not very friendly, but on the contrary, the two gentlemen responsible for the indoor garage were amazing guys! I want to thank both of them for being super nice and responsive! Having an EV charger is a game changer for this hotel - I'd visit again!

As mentioned above the ladies' attitude from the reception. Also, the breakfast - you really need to get there the first one hour once breakfast starts. If you get there later than that, almost nothing is left.

Nice bedroom with very comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. Dined in the restaurant and the food was nice.

Breakfast options were ok but very disappointed, the food was cold even though we were down over an hour before it finished. Coffee from the machines wasn't very hot. Toaster took AGES leaving you embarrassed to be 'hogging' it for so long! Two drinking glasses were left on the tray in bedroom but no bottled water, teabags or milk sachets. Very limited options for evening meal in the restaurant with some options not available.

We stayed at the corner suit (2 adults + 1 child) The room was big, comfortable and clean. The beds were good and the bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast had different choices of cheese, ham and fruits.

- Our room was on the corner of the building on facing the parking lot and there was the flashing lights of a store (?) right across our windows and none of the curtains were enough to cover the windows to block out the flashing lights. It was like a silent disco inside our room until morning which is really disturbing if you are sensitive about sleeping in dark. The hotel should find a solution for this. - Daily fee for the parking lot is 12 BGN👎

The room was really clean and comfy, smelled fresh, had a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower, air condition, hair dryer... The breakfast was fine.

There was no shampoo and a conditioner, only some basic body shower gel. Now, this is not a thing of the services, but I think that it is an important detail for solo travelers - the hotel isn't right in the center, I was a little afraid of coming back around 10 p. m. alone, the streets around didn't feel safe for me.

The hotel is actually very close to the bus station for the airport bus line (I think it's #15) which also goes to the city center and the beach, so the location is pretty good. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and the service was very nice, clean towels every day. The equipment is a bit older but still in nice shape. The hotel breakfast exceeded my expectations a lot, it was very tasty with large variety of food to choose from, even pancakes were included.

For me, the disappointing part was the pool. It is supposed to be included in the price and it was advertised as available at the time of my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool is under repair and would be available the next day. The next day I was told it would be available the next week. I was not able to use the pool at all during my stay although it was one of my main deciding factors when choosing the accommodation. To sum up, it would be fair to indicate the unavailability of these facilities so people are aware of it when booking the accommodation. Lastly, it is a bit of a pity that the balcony in the suite doesn't have at least a chair to sit at.

Great location, Clean and modern rooms, polite staff, underground parking available as a paid service. The hotel even has a pool, but unfortunately we weren't able to use it during our short business stay.

The only issue i've faced is that the hot water takes a little time to "arrive" to your floor. I was on the fifth floor and it took about 5-6 minutes for the water to get hot.

Room was spacious and newly refurbished. All staff were professional and friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast.

Parking was charged, although this hotel is 2km from the centre - a straightforward walk. Breakfast was crowded (maybe we arrived at the wrong time) There was only a 2 slice domestic toaster for the whole restaurant! We would have liked tea making facilities in the room. We would stay again though, overall it was very good!

Our room was nice and clean with a view towards the lake The breakfast buffet was delicious with all kinds of different foods to try There is a gym and swimming pool included in the price of the room with jacuzzi and sauna at extra cost The staff was super friendly and helpful We had a very nice stay

We went for a swim,the pool was alright for my Mum because She isn't a good swimmer (the deepest level is 1.6 m) which is not deep enough for me and not very long but I suppose is good for kids and older people also the water was a bit too cold I thought should be a bit warmer and there was some kind of portable air-conditioning which was making so much noise but it's was ok for refreshing after a hot day I suppose 😄We didn't stayed long at the pool 😅

I had trout for lunch and it was fresh and delicious. The breakfast was very varied and good quality too. The pool looked good but I used the infrared sauna, which was spacious and seemed brand new.

The booking process wasn’t clear . I booked I room with 2 beds and I got that but was told that I’d booked for one guest. I had to pay £8 extra than agreed for the room

Great hotel with very helping staff. The hotel has an indoor pool which might be a great option for those who enjoy swimming. The breakfast is pretty good especially the sausages 😅. I do recommend it.

It was not right at the downtown Bourgas, Wasn’t so far away from it though.
