The "retro atmosphere" :) was authentic and I appreciate that their only investment was a pretty cheap renovation of bathrooms because it helped to keep the price of this hotel so low, especially given the excellent location. Both beach and bus stop to bus station as well as to Nessebar are just 3-5 minutes walk,. The hotel is in a very quiet location and the discoteque it its restaurant was either not long or I just could not hear it from a balcony. The view from a balcony was nice, and there were plastic chairs, as well as a mosquito net so I did not miss anything at all (even though a kettle would help, but on the other hand there was a very cheap buffet with a rooftop seating with excellent sea view just about 3 minutes walk).

For those of you who do not speak any of the Slavic languages there might be a language barrier as the receptionist did not seem to me to speak any English, but now it is easy to have translators in telephones so this is not so important.

The views from the balcony on the 9th floor was worth the downsides of the hotel’s condition. Plus No AC and small room! It was hard to sleep! We were charged the Parking fee of BGN 7 for each of our two Motorcycles when we only occupied one parking space for one night stay!

The elevators are a bit of a concern if you have children or too much luggage ! The speed of the elevators might be a bonus, but the gap between the shaft and doors is a weak point!

The panoramic views over the lake and sea were outstanding. The room was very comfortable. The furniture wasnt new but it was very clean. Within walking distance to the beach and the town. A well equipped restaurant right next door.

Nothing to dislike

Very convenient location, great value for money, hassle-free check in and a nice room with beautiful views to the sea.

The hotel is modest but in the best way possible and you get a lot for what you pay. Bathroom was super clean, the view was more than amazing. Location is great, 20 min walk from the city center and shops, restaurants and beach are 5 min away.

The only thing I didn't like was the carpeted floor but it'd not a big deal.

Locaion and price

No air conditioner and old elevators that often have issues. For a 12 storey hotel good elevators are essential.

It was recently renovated, the beds were super comfortable, the location is uncomfortable, it’s just the best. Plus, amazing view from the higher floors
