The staff was super friendly. The room was very decent, equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. The bathroom exceeded my expectations. There were grocery shops relatively close, several cafés and small restaurants/pizzerias, a park and the nearby main pedestrian zone, both with open-air cultural programs in the weekend. It was easy to find the way to the beach even if it was not that close. The walk there was very pleasant, by the way. The city, the streets are really green and shady even in the worst summer heat.

On Booking there was an option to get breakfast for an extra price, however it was not available at all. I was suggested to have breakfast in (really) nearby cafés and small restaurants (just around the corner). To compensate this inconvenience, it would be nice to have a kettle in the rooms to have an emergency coffe/tea until one gets prepared in the morning to have a meal outside.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed—especially the shower, which gave us a refreshing tropical vibe. Everything felt clean, inviting, and thoughtfully arranged. We'd definitely come back!

We couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi on the fourth floor, but since it was just one night, we didn’t mind and didn’t ask again (maybe there is a solution to it we didn’t know about).

The location compared to price, it was clean and cozy. Both ledges on reception were very kind and acted professionally. The mattress was comfortable for a work travel which is also important. Internet was good also.

The view from the window was not pretty. Maybe it will be ok to think about more eco friendly alternatives to shampoo and soap.

Very nice staff, clean and proper room, covers all needs. Also very calm and quiet, gets you a good night sleep.

Well i think it's a 3 star hotel and it covers all the needs of a 3 star hotel, so no complaints whatsoever, maybe a bit far from the beach though.

The hotel is located very nicely, close to Burgas city center and by a park. The staff were very friendly. They were eager to help my elderly grandmother, and were overall very welcoming. They got us blankets late in the evening.

Kettles in rooms would be nice to have. Water too :)

Very helpful staff Good value for money Quiet area

It was probably a bit too far for us from the beach/train station (we came by public transport and one person had limited mobility) - for some people this may not be an issue

Well located in a quiet, pleasant area which was easy walking distance to the town centre. Really friendly, kind and helpful staff at the hotel. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. It had a fridge and the reception staff lent us a kettle and cups. Excellent value for money. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Burgas.

The rooms are big and clean, beds are comfy, has everything you’ll need and is great value for money. The lady at reception was so lovely and friendly, leaving our luggage there was no trouble at all and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice, quiet location, spacious room. Having a fridge is always good. It was clean.

The lamps above the bed are there just as an interior ornaments - they don't have an on/off button. The sewer smelled a bit. There is no fan in the bathroom and the heat and humidity enter the bedroom.
