Amazing location, at the heart of the city. It is a newly renovated hotel, so the room and everything was spotless, but it also has a lot of character. Exceptional views from the top floors, great experience overall. The room was very tidy and super clean, the A/C worked perfectly. Possibility for indoor (underground) secured parking, paid.

I was looking forward to breakfast but the buffet was kind of a disappointment, even with a hangover. Some items were stale and not fresh, the poached eggs were like hockey pucks, the scrambled eggs were long gone and no one replenished anything. Looked like breakfast was prepared and then left to go. The staff everywhere in the hotel were somehow unenthusiastic and distracted, some also stared a lot… . Others were behaving and commenting out loud rather familiar and unbecoming for a 4* hotel personnel... Those were the only disappointments really, if they could improve (a lot) on those fronts, everything else was perfect.

Everything was perfect. OK almost perfect. However, for Bulgaria that is like 5-Star Four Seasons.

On the reception told us that the pool will be open till 9:00 PM. We show up on 8:10 PM and the staff by the pool area explained us that, 'Better don't go in, because we are closing in 10min.' Either on the reception they should have told us that the swimming pool is open till 8:20, or that swimming pool staff closed the pool 40 min too early. Apart from that is written that the swimming pool is opened till 10:00 PM. To be fair, it is Bulgaria, such things is to be expected.

Clean and modern rooms, well equipped, huge and very comfortable bed, great bathroom, the hotel premises are wide. The breakfast was great with enough variety. Wonderful city and port view from the 10-th floor. WiFi was very good. The location of the hotel is TOP! I would come back to stay here with pleasure. Worth the money, great value.

Some of the hotel reception and breakfast staff should definetely go under decent proffesional edication about comunication with guests, especially in a wondeful 4 star hotel as this one! Not all of them, but enough. The cleaners in the morning on our floor were very loud - they should care more about guests comfort. There could have been a little more toiletries. Parking for guests should be free of charge.

I'm traveling a lot across Europe and I never saw such brilliant hotel for such a good price. Everything was fantastic. Comfort of the room top! You can control everything thru TV: your bill, orders from restaurant, info about SPA, TV channels etc Good that in TV there were great music chanels (City Radio TV). Airco was great, it was nice cool in the room. Minibar fully equipped. Many good lights in the room with nice climate. Comfortable, big bed, big room overall. View on the Black Sea was excellent. Bathroom: modern and fully equipped, even shower near the toilet, I saw it for the first time. Breafkast was great, many options to choose, enough tables, no queues for juices/coffee. Lift were very speed, reception nice and friendly, helped with ordering a taxi to an airport. Hotel Bulgaria was the best hotel ever!

Only internet was sometimes hanging and disconnecting. Also I was waiting for a food from restaurant ordered by TV 1,5 hour, I reminded them by the phone, maybe they forgot :) But it was nothing seeing all advantages in hotel.

I booked 4 nights but I extended one more night. Reception personnel are awesome. Cleanliness of room were perfect. Location is perfect.

Please pay more attention to the breakfast variety. I have stayed at this hotel many times, but the cheese is getting worse and worse. Good cheese is the beginning of a good breakfast. Thanks.

The rooms was realy comfortable and clean, the location - perfect. I liked breakfast too.

On the day of check-in, the staff at the reception were so unpleasant that they even spoiled the start of the holiday, when I asked about the possibility of check in 2 hours earlier, without even checking the reservation, they bitterly replied that the rooms were not ready. More than, I had booked three rooms for my family, two of them were on the 11th floor and one on the 4th floor. When I asked if it was possible to get rooms on the same floor, without even checking, she strictly answered - NO. But I want to thank the woman who was there on the day of departure, she was really helpful.

The hotel located in the walking distance to the beach but very close to the walking street with shops and cafes. Excellent design and fit out quality. Convenient common areas. Excellent size of the room and bathroom. Plenty of surfaces for personal items. Perfect functioning of AC and sanitary appliances. Comfortable beds, very clean and modern room. We had the best sleep and rest in this hotel. One of the best experiences in Bulgaria so far.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. Crowded, limited choice of food and mediocre quality of food. It’s a pity, because with better breakfast this hotel would be 10 out of 10 for us. Fortunately, there were nice places for breakfast in the city.

Room was designed perfectly, bed was very large and comfortable, bathrooms were clean, conditioning was working perfectly. Location is already at the heart of the center.

Options in breakfast were more than satisfying, however, there was a minor issue which I would like to point out. I do not like products from pork meat and I even do not like to use any equipment that touches them. ı am not sure if the ham was from pork but, turkey ham was next to the other ham and I was not sure which tong was for which ham.

The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied. Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit. They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per day The New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.

Of course, that water doesn't just end up in the gutter but also in the pool. It doesn't matter if you're sitting at the edge of the pool.
