Good value for money. The room was clean and had a good view of the city. Very little noise from the traffic outside.

Only one main elevator to serve all floors. While it’s nice that breakfast is included at this low price, the selection and quality wasn’t good. The AC rattled and did not cool the room very well.

The service was superb. The restaurant deffently earned its stars A tad expensive but what youd expect for eating in a well designed Restaurant plenty of srating but the placement of them are worth 10 out of 10. The feeling enjoying a meal without any annoyance is worth the extra. The lifts - fast quiet and top of the 🌲... Nothing bad to say. I have no issues concerning the Staff and the hotel in general. Within reach of the Burgas Eye Hospital ( obe of the Specialists are W.H.O. REGISTERED) .plus shops and restaurants. There is a roundabout nearby but "NOT A SOUND" if fact it was a point of interest i found, being and exceptional layout .. Thank you to all the staff.. grand experience

The room is big enough for two people and the beds are comfortable enough, everything is clean and well maintained, great view from the room, the breakfast is diverse and tasty, despite the size of the hotel is quite and peaceful, the staff waited for us until the last moment of the reservation, because we were late a lot.

There isn't windows in the room and the air conditioner couldn't be controlled from the room, there is no terrace and no fresh air in the room, the hotel is very big for only 2 elevators and you have to wait a lot to take the elevator.

Absolute cleanliness, No leftover items or hints that someone has previously been in the room. Staff was correct in handling personal data. Beds are comfortable. The inclusion of bathtubs.

They have not updated their pricing on many labels within the hotel itself yet. (Particularly in the room service booklet) There was a weird noise happening with the ventilation, but unless the client is pedantic, it doesn't bother much.

It is located in the center of the city. Excellent panorama view if your room is at a higher level. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast is OK - there are some options that you can choose from. The hotel has restaurant where you can enjoy meat (chicken and pork), sea food and vegetarian dishes. Spacious room.

Windows do not open (no handles - I guess for security reasons). At least at the higher floors.

There was a young lady on the reception, who was very impolite and unfriendly. Denied us paying the rooms because her shift was about to end and didn’t want to bother which is in my opinion extremely unprofessional. Also, the breakfast is a bit limited for a 4 star hotel, there is no variety of foods.

Awesome place to stay in Burgas, very clean, good location, close to everything by walk or you can simply take the public transportation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with variety of fresh food, fruits and Bulgarian breakfast delicatessen. Price is very reasonable. Recommended

The room does not have a window, sometimes the air circulation is inefficient. The AC is the central so you can adjust but sometimes it is not efficient.

The hotel room is absolut quite! You don't hear traffic or other noise from outside, you even don't hear other people from the next room or noise from water pipes, toilet flush or anything else. We had the best sleep since long time in a hotel room. I am a very light sleeper and i woke up not once it that hotel. Absolutely happy about that! The breakfast was great, from pancake, cereals to the normal egg & bacon and bred and cold cuts, you have a big choice.

The coffee is unfortunately not the best.

I absolutely recommend Mirage Hotel. It filled with excellence all of my expectations. The mattresses were very comfortable, the air conditioning was silent and it did not point directly to the beds which is essential for a good sleep, there were several sizes of pillows available on the bed and in the closet which was perfect as I prefer to sleep with low pillows and the room had a very nice decor with carpet and wallpaper. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good.

The bedroom window was very big and beautiful but it was not possible to open it. I understand as we stayed in a room at a considerable height above the ground (maybe 10th floor). However it would have been nice to have some fresh air from the outside. If the window could open a little bit maybe from the top it would be wonderful. Nonetheless there was a window open in the corridor in front of the bedroom so we could get some fresh air right outside the bedroom.

Location was very convenient for me. The breakfast was pretty fine. The price was attractive too.

When we enter into hotel there were repulsive smell of cigarettes in the reception lobby. Luckily on the upper floors as well as in the rooms there isn't' such.
